We tried it out because it was close to the house but make no mistake about it from the time we walked in to the actual massage everything was perfect. The ambiance of the place relaxes you immediately, it was clean and had a pleasant smell. My masseuse was a male but no issue he was professional and strong. I felt comfortable the whole time but the massage was amazing. Literally from head to toe was rubbed. I promise you will not be disappointed and compared to other places the price is similar.

Her technique is unlike anything I've experienced before, and her pressure was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cupping was easily the most pleasant cupping experience I've ever had, which is saying a lot. I used to go to a Thai massage place in San Diego religiously specifically for cupping, and Beth was somehow even better. Everything she did felt intentional, smooth, and incredibly relaxing. I walked out feeling amazing. Beth seriously has a gift, and I will absolutely be requesting her every time I come back. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Easily 10/10.

I've never been here so I wasn't sure how booked out they'd be but I called Saturday 9/14 and was able to get in the day I was hoping for, Tuesday 9/17. Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. Without a doubt, I will be back! Highly recommend Jennifer.

** Updating Review from 1 star to 3. ** Manda called me immediately to apologize for the bad…read moreexperience and to reconcile the situation. She was very patient and kind, taking accountability for the double-booking and explaining that she had already let her employee go until he could improve his skill. She offered a replacement massage by her or a refund. I opted for the refund and agreed to keep her cupping services in mind for the future. Very happy with the follow-up call and service. Original review: We recently moved to the area and I was in desperate need of a massage after being on the road for four days. We were staying in a hotel for the week until our house was ready and I decided to take the opportunity to relax and get a massage. After reading reviews, I chose Plus massage in hopes of a good experience. I was curious about speaking with her about cupping. I made a phone call on Wednesday afternoon to ask what her next available appointment was. She was a bit hard to understand on the phone, but we managed and she said she had a 7p appointment that evening, but implied that would be too late for me. She then booked me for 11a the next day. Ok, no problem. When I arrived the next morning, there was a couple waiting in the lobby. She rushed me into the massage room to discuss my needs, and again there was a bit of a language barrier in understanding, but we got through. Then she informs me that she basically double booked me and had to massage the gentleman waiting in the lobby and that her other "employee" would handle my massage. I was disappointed, but at that point just wanted to relax. So in good faith, I got on the massage table and proceeded with the massage. I didn't even meet the guy first or talk to him about anything. I'm assuming she relayed our conversation in their native language. It was hard to relax because once I was on the table face down, they were talking and she kept coming in at the start of my massage to get supplies and continue side conversations. He did a decent job of using the hot stones, but beyond that I would question if he was even a licensed or trained masseuse. The massage was clunky at best, not deep tissue like I asked for and primarily just consisted of repetitive long strokes. I also have had plenty of massages where the masseuse practices controlled breathing to not distract from the experience. This guy breathed hard in my ear for the entire hour. Overall, he got the job done, but this definitely was not a good experience and I won't be coming back.
