Then there was only one lady there when we arrived 10 minutes prior according to their website to do however one of us had to wait 10 minutes for the masseuse to arrive late. Then as soon as she got there she answered and made three phone calls as well as texted the whole session. Now granted it's a business and people have to hustle but we couldn't get to relax for the life of us. The building is by the road which made a lot go noises ok ok... We gave it a pass once again because it's the north side of Springfield but not only that they talked for almost the whole hour. How can you relax when people are talking by your ears? Lastly, before we left one of the asked us "tip"?... Umm sorry I'm not running my card again to be charged extra and our experience was horrible so no thank you. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place and pay a little extra elsewhere. We get massages quite often and know how it should be so trust us when we say find another place.
