I went in a few weeks ago for a 90min deep tissue massage with CBD added on top…read more Let me start by saying I've gotten many deep tissue massages before, and I know not everyone can do them. So when I called, I made sure to emphasize to the lady scheduling me that they gave me somebody that actually knew what they were doing and could listen when I tell them more pressure...well, My masseuse was named Chad and my first indicator that this was not going to work out was the fact that I weighed about 60 pounds more than he does. And I'm not big, 5'8" 160 lbs. I prefaced the Massage to Chad as well that I needed it deep tissue and he needs to apply a lot of pressure as I am very tight on my back and shoulders. That was my reminder #1. He started the massage on the lower body, which didn't have enough pressure the entire time, I didn't say anything during the section cause it's not my area of interest for the most pressure so I let that slide as a warm-up for him. But once he moved onto my neck and shoulders, I reminded him twice that he needs more pressure to which he said something along the lines of as a masseuse we can feel what your muscles are doing in judge what's best to do. To be fair I get that you can cause more damage than good but when I'm paying almost $200 for a massage, I expect to at least be able to feel it. The entire session just felt like somebody was petting me. His breath smelled. He never once checked in to ask me if the pressure he was applying was sufficient during the entire 90 minutes, I have never experienced something like that. I wanted to walk out in the middle of my massage. I did not leave him a tip since he doesn't know how to listen to his clients needs and I'm not even sure that they gave me CBD lotion during my massage. Also, Chad, whatever pressure points you think you're doing at the end of each section aren't doing anything because you aren't applying enough pressure you're just wasting time during the massage, probably a solid 10 mins of massage time just standing there poking me. Horrible experience. Do better.

Then the lady doing the pedicure gets up and grabs my hands without washing her hands??? I wish I would have just walked away then. Finally you invite me to leave when I express that I do not want the machine used on my natural nails to remove gel polish. You tell me it's the only way and you will be gentle. So I left with scratched up nails for work. My fault... I seen the warning signs and ignored them. I felt as if they complained about everything and even made fun of their customers to the point other employees laughed at them. I felt very uncomfortable from the get.

I've been coming to this salon with my teenage daughter for a few months now. Initially, I'd make…read moreappointments but soon realized that having an appointment didn't get you in anywhere near your scheduled time. Most of the time, the wait wasn't too bad. The folks doing the nails typically did a good job on me. They seem to force my daughter to do dip instead of acrylic, which just doesn't work on her nails. This last visit, I was taken back pretty quickly for a pedicure, while my daughter waited close to 1.5 hours. My pedicure was the worst ever... I wasn't even given the choice as to which service I wanted and she rushed through it. No massage, I have little cuts around my toes, they hurt afterwards, AND she didn't even do the gel top coat on my right foot. (I was reading so I didn't notice the top coat thing until I got home). Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

You can see the little cuts and the shine on the toes on the left with none on the right.
