They were dull, appeared to have scratches all over them on day one, and lifted quicker than acrylic. I went in after a few days to have the dullness fixed and they buffed them, then put a top coat of gel polish. This only made them shiny for about a day, then they looked awful again. Getting your nails done is such a nice self care splurge, but such a bummer to pay for nails that turn out bad. I tried a new salon with my mother in law and I realized just how rushed they are at US nails, they're rough on your nails, I would bleed sometimes and just tell myself "beauty is pain." Overall I think if you're looking for something quick and affordable then this is your spot. But I don't recommend dip from here at least! Photos are of when I loved my nails (acrylic and gel.)

The reason I made an appointment (vs walking in) is because we were a little short on time so I wanted to avoid waiting. The salon itself is very pretty and clean. No complaints at all on the service. I had a young man do my pedi and he was great, with attention to detail and friendly. Front desk girls were very friendly when we walked in. Unfortunately the owner's (?) young daughter was sitting in a pedi chair watching You Tube on a tablet without headphones, at a high volume. So annoying. Other customers noticed as well. Finally, when I was about 2 minutes away from leaving, I assume it was her dad who came over and had her go to a back room, and he did apologize. Maybe some of my payment can go to buying that girl a set of earbuds. I would go here again, just not when I am short on time.

She would talk to me when I tried to make conversation but spoke with everyone else around me. Then I asked her to do ombré on my nails and I picked out the color. She had me pay before painting my nails which I appreciated but ended up just painting them like normal. I reminded her that I wanted ombré. She told me I should have picked a gel color. If I knew this before hand I would have. Then she told me to go dry them and then left. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but a "have a nice day" or "thanks for coming in" would have been nice.
