Finally you invite me to leave when I express that I do not want the machine used on my natural nails to remove gel polish. You tell me it's the only way and you will be gentle. So I left with scratched up nails for work. My fault... I seen the warning signs and ignored them. I felt as if they complained about everything and even made fun of their customers to the point other employees laughed at them. I felt very uncomfortable from the get.
