Super friendly but not the best quality for what you pay. The tips of my nails are jagged and my nails are bumoh. I also brought in my 5 year old daughter and they had me pay $40 for her nails and toes, we've never paid that much ANYWHERE. I will not be going back. read more

I brought my bridal party there the day before the wedding. We had made a reservation weeks in advance and other people still had priority over us. They were sloppy, careless, and very rude. The pricing was different for everyone. One girl's pedicure didn't have half of the treatment (hot towels, leg exfoliation, etc.) and cost 45 dollars for gel with half of the actual pedicure. Then the lady started yelling at her before the manager came over and gave her a refund. My nails are misshaped and not what I showed them in the picture. They asked if I wanted glitter or not and I said no and you can see specks or glitter in my nails. Another gel nail is very very messy around the skin and doesn't cover the complete nail. This was a fantastic place the first time I went, hence bringing my whole bridal party there. I will not be going back. read more

My mother and I have gone to this place multiple times.They are friendly until they start doing your nails.The lady told my mother the colors she chose would look odd.She also didn't do the design she asked her for.She asked for a nude base with green and yellow kind of swirl on the tips.She left with two straight Lines of the green and yellow on her tips.She was rude extremely rough and just mean.The nails always seem to fall off quickly simply by opening a wallet.I chose my nails and the lady who would usually do them told me it's not Halloween when I showed her my design I changed it almost 4 times to something that was cute but not my style.If I could put 0 stars I would. read more

Had just okay experiences here. Kept going back because closeness to my house and friendly techs. But overall quality of nails I always seem to not be happy with. More recently got my nails done and two days later started chipping. Didn't get a usual base coat for my gel polish I usually get from other techs. Said she doesn't do it on acrylic, but every other time I've gotten a base coat it seems to last. Not sure ultimately what it was. But disappointed. They also charge extra for nail shaping on anything other than square. I can sorta understand that when first getting full set, but to go back and just get a shape I already had. I feel bad writing a 1 star review because the lady who did my nails was so sweet, but 4/10 of my fingers are bleeding while 7/10 of the cuticles of my nails are pretty torn up. I got powder dip nails with tips for $40 but the black powder from doing my nails is still all over my fingers. The nails themselves look good, but my skin is dirty/ripped to shreds and I'm in pain. read more

Used to go to Fabulique but discontinued because I wasn't happy with their prices or service. Ruby Nail is amazing! Prices are average for the area but they do wonderful work! So far I've had good results. Switched to this salon after a single trip to Quality Nails. Young man with blue contacts (frightening look) talked me into an ombré nail which was a disaster & he clearly had no clue what he was doing. Ruby Nail is busy & you can sometimes get lost in the crowd but speak up & stand your ground. Friendly staff, salon should probe dusted & swept s couple times a day but otherwise I've found it to be clean. read more

I feel bad for actually writing this, but I think it's necessary. I walked in for the first time and immediately had a bad feeling on January 11, 2019. I read their sign before walking in that stated cleanliness was their priority. Obviously, I was expected a clean salon, but it was outdated and not as clean as expected. My nail technician was friendly enough. However, she stated she had "allergies". That's totally fine, but when you're wiping your nose or doing anything that requires you to touch your face and then touch someone else's hand; that's when precautions need to take place. For instance, sanitizing your hands? Wearing gloves? Wearing a mask? She told me she didn't like wearing the mask. How do I know it was just allergies? It's just nice to see some kind of steps being taken, especially when you're sniffing every five seconds. That's not even the bad part... it took nearly two hours to receive a dip manicure... not exaggerating. My nails were supposed to be a pretty white with sparkles and it looks like a light pink/nude. I've been getting my dip nails for two years straight and the technique she used seemed to be of an armature. Again, nice woman. Just VERY slow! I know they control the look of their salon, but at least ensuring it looks as clean as possible. My hands were on a rag that had stains on it and looked like it was already used by someone else. You can tell when a rag was just used vs. being washed and has some stains on it. This is my first review ever and the only reason I did it was because I found this place based on Google reviews and location. I'm not from this area. I would still go there if you need a decent priced place, but I would vocalize if you see the things I saw. I didn't because I was in a rush (two hours later). My nails looked fine, besides the color. Not the best thing ever. And she kept accidentally filing my skin. Nice people, just slow. read more

I received these texts from my wife today. It was very disheartening to see her experience was not that pleasurable. Very seldom does she really get to take care of herself let alone have an experience or be pampered such as having her nails and feet done. She wasn't happy with me that I didn't want to do shellack nails. Then she didn't like my color selection. Then she didn't want me to go to the bathroom before she started. LOL. I called this nail salon several hours before arriving at my requested appointment time. The woman that answered said she'd get me a "good one" nail tech for my mani/pedi. I arrived a little early, chose polish, and settled in the pedicure chair. A young man did my pedicure, which i'd give a B- or two stars for neatness. I moved to the manicure table and was there for about 10 minutes into the service with the same young guy when I felt something tickling my foot. I looked down and saw a big black beetle - over an inch long, crawling on my flip flopped foot! The guy got the bug off my foot and threw it in the trash. I thought the owner should see it, so I pulled it out of the trash to show her. She had a "what do you want me to do about it?" type of response and two nearby customers thought I behaved rudely for wanting to take a cellphone picture of it. Should have taken the pic before I showed it to her since she was having none of that. Won't go back, especially after they gouged me for $50 for only the pedi. And will call the health department first thing Monday. Also my credit card company to dispute the charge. Stay away from this place. read more

Ruby Nails is a great salon. I regularly go there for a pedicure and they are always professional, clean and accomodating. Tonight I showed up without an appointment and everyone was busy. They stayed late for me and didn't rush my pedicure at all. I am a regular customer of Heather and she always does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this nail salon and Heather. read more

this last Saturday I made an appointment here, for 6:30. now, knowing they closed at 7, at least according their website. being in the service industry, as well as the beauty service industry, I am totally understanding of how close it was to closing time. I show up 15 minutes early, to only two ladies in the whole salon. I walk up and the door is locked and closed, and both ladies just sit there and look at me with a confused look on their face. finally one of them gets up and comes to the door and tells me 'everyone went home'. I proceed to tell her that I had made an appointment and she then again tells me that everyone went home. with not a I'm sorry. that immediately turned me away, and I will not be taking my business back there, solely because of the lack of customer service read more
