She cleaned everything so well and paid attention to all the details--my nails have honestly never looked this neat and polished. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure felt smooth and stress-free. The service overall was excellent, and you can really feel that they take pride in what they do. My pic I showed from the gentleman, was not close to what I asked for- shape of nail and color. I usually only go for special occasions and every time I have been to lucky nails, they have been great but this time was not. The people there are lovely and I will admit, I am not one to complain. My oldest daughter had a great experience. The nails he did for me were not like the pic I showed the gentleman there and he didn't speak great English. Halfway through, I asked if he could just paint the entire nail the color of the line I wanted. He said he could not. My nails were not the shape I asked and also not the (pink/ low white color I wanted) I did ask for brown instead of black but it still isn't anything I wanted and when I asked if we could just do the entire nail the brown color he didn't understand and said he couldn't. If he could have just fixed it, I would have been happy. It cost me $270. The lady there that did my daughters was amazing and did exactly what she wanted from the inspo pic. It is in the 3rd and 4th photo. My daughter's inspo pic was almost exact to what the nail tech did. So I am happy about that.
