All this info after she had me foiled up completely with bleach. I went in wanting my dark roots lightened up. However what I got when she took my foils out was ORANGE hair all through out my hair!! I am blonde now with orange roots and where I had dark low lights those are now ORANGE! So she said hum well if you have time already 3 hours have gone by I will reprocess your hair meaning put more bleach on it and see if that takes the orange out. So she refoils my hair then puts toner on it 30 minutes later its still ORANGE and worse!!. So this is what she says 4 hours after I have sat down in here chair for my appointment... the ORANGE will fade. Iam thinking where did you get your hair training if at all from some online preschool. I know after that kind of processing orange hair isn't going to fade YOU RUINED MY HAIR!!! Then she had the audacity to charge me, SERIOUSLY you totally didn't know what you were doing and you ruin someone's hair and instead of apologizing and admitting you made a mistake you make me pay. So I wait till the 26th and send Amy a message telling the Orange hadnt faded lol like she said and I feel that she should refund my money and she said absolutely not that she did a service and had the right to charge me. Well I hope Amy you sleep well knowing you ruined my hair and kept my money afterwards.

I have long dark brown hair, I went in for platinum blonde (or as light as she could get my dark hair) peekaboo highlights on the underside of my hair, sent 3 pictures for inspo, my hair didn't turn out like the pictures at all. When I got home and could examine my hair closer in my own mirror and was getting ready to take pictures for instagram I noticed that my hair was uneven and brassy in some areas and some product (shampoo? Idk) had been left on the roots of my hair so I showered and rewatched my hair, making sure everything was washed out. I reached out to the salon, they were very kind and I was able to get in quickly to touch up the uneven part and here's where it gets funny. My mom pointed out to me that my hair is still uneven, I didn't believe her but sure enough it is. Despite my hair being toned a total of 3 times throughout this process I still have brassy pieces. When I went back in a second time for the touch up I felt like I was being rushed, she didn't have the care or attentiveness she had in my initial appointment. She used the wrong toner or something? So she washed it out and put a new one in which turned my hair purple, I live with a blond mom I understand the purple will wash out this was fine, but instead of my hair being platinum blonde it is now silver and it has stayed a silver gray color and you can barely tell I got the peekaboo, when I put it up however at the roots it's got brassy streaks and doesn't look appealing. I understand my stylist said that if I wasn't happy after the purple washed out she would redo it but honestly after messing up twice, I think I'll save my time and go elsewhere. I have had this hair style before in the past and it looked great, I don't know what happened this time. Even with my hair down my hair looks uneven, one side goes up higher than the other. $164 down the drain

I found this hairstyle and showed it to the woman about to cut my daughters hair. She said okay and took her back. I couldn't stand inside. One person allowed back due to Covid. (Which is stupid with children) As I'm watching from the window outside on the sidewalk I noticed that she chopped the sides off super short. Like wayyyy shorter. I mentioned that to her. I felt like I could cry. She said sorry. A family member took her next-door to do some shopping while my son got his haircut. I again was outside waiting. After his haircut we met up with them and it was brought to my attention just how bad the cut really was. I went back and another woman fixed her hair. It looks better but I feel like there's no excuse for HOW BAD this woman butchered my daughters hair. I think it's ridiculous. Honestly wanted my money back. There was some issues with their card machine so I had to pay weird. It kept freezing and eventually I handed them cash and said to split it in tips. Which irritates me now.
