I took a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it and they confidently said yes before I even made it past the register. The lady doing them (chair #2-front desk) rushed through and cut the nails unevenly and while filing the nails I asked if she could fix one that she had already done to which she rudely replied 'I'm not don't yet!' Halfway through she asked to see the picture for about the 4th time and finally decided to tell me that they didn't have the right colors. I had to settle for something waaaay off of what I wanted, with unevenly cut nails, and one completely botched but after I asked her to fix it and she told me 'that's just how gel is' I gave up. When she was done she literally grabbed her bag and rushed out the door validating what I already believed to be true-she was rushing to leave. Didn't care at all about customer service. Didn't care how much I was spending or why. I get it if you need to leave early but rushing through and being rude isn't the solution. Just have someone else do them.
