It's important to share reviews so that people can make informed decisions. During my most recent visit, the nail tech clipped at my skin repeatedly instead of my cuticle. I asked her to be sure to cut my cuticles only. My skin continued to be clipped so I asked to end the pedicure being careful to be kind to the employees and chalking it up to things sometimes not working out. I went to leave and was asked to pay $15 for the part of the pedicure I received. I expressed that it wasn't a fair price to be charged considering the pedicure had hardly started. I was told by the owner to pay and that there were plenty of other places I could go in the future. read more

If I could give this a negative I would. I'm not even going to post a photo because my nails are so crappy. They are thick and lumpy. Uneven. She put like 6 coats of dip on them. This place is AWFUL. First of all they don't have prices because they charge you whatever they want. Second of all, I got the exact same thing as one of my granddaughters and mine was $35 more. They tried to charge me $80 to get my nails done with a different color on each nail. My daughter and my other granddaughter got the exact same thing but one cost $15 more than the other. They just price however they want and they wanna make you pay for it and if you don't pay for it, they get all mad and angry. Most Horrible place I have ever been to. And I have never had to pay that much to get my nails done. Ever. I will never ever go back to this place again I don't even know how they stay in business. And the manager was very rude and hateful....yelling about taking the nails off if I didn't want to pay. So distasteful. read more

Will never go back. Was the first and last time ever being there! I wanted a dip manicure! The service was very rushed. They charged me $5 to trim my cuticles!? My nails look like trash! Would never recommend going to this place. Not what a manicure is in my experience! $2 for a mask. Literally all she did was drill on my natural nails, then applied the dip then brought a bowl of water over and my fingers sat in them for maybe 45 seconds. Then she trimmed my cuticles. Put a top coat on and charged me $42. read more

So good at their art! The staff is so thoughtful and great at what they do. They stay late when needed and work 6 days a week.

From my first phone call, my experience with these people was a pleasure. Extremely friendly and professional from beginning to end. They made an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and special requests. They took me in the same day I called when my usual Nail Salon had turned me down...flat! I am a reasonable person and understand that I can't always be taken care of the same day but, when California Nails, whom I've been going to since November 2015, didn't even offer any other options to see me (my nails were coming loose and I really needed to get in asap), I took that for a signal to look elsewhere. The male technician I had didn't massage my feet, I asked him to and he did the same thing again which was out a towel over my legs and rub them gently. 2 seats down a lady got a typical pedicure with a foot massage. Disappointing. read more

This Location is EXTREMELY Unprofessional, my sister had her nails done there yesterday, and was completely not satisfied. I don't know where to begin, My sister had requested one fake nail to be placed on her middle finger and the rest are my sisters natural nail. She wanted her tips done well They went to far down for the tips, they gel was not even dry because some of the gel was crinkle up the tips and sides had some dents in them and were already chipped. The shaping was horrible so I called asked them to please remove the polish and refund her the money. The manager said I've been working here for 12 years and never had any complaints and refused to correct her mistakes she kept placing the blame on my sister. Then she hung up on me, I attempted to call back 6 times and each time she picked up and hung up without saying anything. So I drove to the establishment and spoke to her face to face she started to yell at me saying she won't speak to me but will speak to my sister, who I was waiting for her to come back. My sister is not Confrontational so I always handle everything. The women called the Local Authorities on me stated I was Yelling. When the police arrived the spoke to us separately and they were male officers, Even they said it was a horrible Job. She was not willing to refund the full $35 + $5 tip my sister gave her I don't know why but instead she refunded $15 for her time and offered to remove polish cause she didn't want me to post bad reviews of her establishment not know while I was standing outside speaking to cops I had already snapped a few photos. When she removed the polish my sisters nails was way thinner than before and poorly damaged. This place has so many bad reviews they should not be standing still. Honestly if she would of just owned her mistakes in the beginning instead of doing all this extra stuff I wouldn't be so angry, and the. She blamed the imperfection of rounding my sister nail was because my sister asked to have her real nails rounded. If u can't shape real nails then you shouldn't be nail tech I'm sorry. read more

Went to this place a couple of times before today and they were ok....today not so much. I went for a Pedicure and felt rushed then entire time, not to mention the pressure to get my nails done too. Anyway, today was probably the worst Pedicure I've ever had....when she went to trim my nails, she wasn't paying attention and cut the actual tow beside the nail she was cutting. Did not remove and dead skin/callous which is the main reason I get the pedicure. The polish is on my toes a little bit and my nails are still rough with no polish on the ends. Seeing as how it was just me getting service while I was there with 3 employees I would have been taken care of....not so much. I won't be going back. read more

They charge extra for men, but they don't tell you until your done. Men's pedicures should be less (if they are keeped up). No polish. Sorry we won't be back there are many other places. read more
