I am mobility challenged and can't be on my stomach, so started on my back with a bolster under my legs and then help getting on my side. So caring and kind! My massage therapist didn't have to ask me what hurt because she zeroed on on every spot very quickly and worked lots of kinks and tightness out. My husband and I were both puddles when we were done. He did fall asleep during the massage. I almost fell asleep about 4 times but thought I can't do that this feels so fantastic I don't want to miss a single sensation. Super clean and on time. We added the $15 hot stones to our existing massage appointment. During the massage itself after the scrubs and facial part of the package, when they started the massage portion of the appointment and begun to use the hot stones and used them for the entirety of the back portion even though this should have only been an add on not a substitution for actual massage work. This was very disappointing for multiple reasons. One, when I was able to get my phone to pull up the website, the packages for 60 minute massages say it is a "Swedish massage" however any package for massage a that is 90 minutes is listed as a "relaxation" massage as if this is a normal term and as if a customer is supposed to know that when you receive a relaxation massage it is not any kind of Swedish massage to work on knots, tight muscles, or muscle pain. Fast forward to mentioning our experience to the staff after the appointment we were told it was an extra $15 for deep tissue (not on the website it was scribbled in pen on the paper menu) and that our package was only for a 90 minute relaxation massage and not Swedish (again who would know the difference between those except the staff) i have never been to a massage business that used the term "relaxation" massage without telling us what it means in comparison to deep tissue or Swedish. So not only did we pay extra for the couples package, extra for the hot stones that took over the appointment, but we didn't receive a normal massage but a "relaxation" massage. (We were also told that only one staff member who doesn't work today does deep tissue so we wouldn't have been able to do it even if we wanted to) The staff did not offer any kind of compensation for the lack of communication and misleading website and menu listings other than a bottle of lotion, what a joke.

The young lady who did my facial and spa was lovely but the services were pretty ordinary. For a facial and massage the total was over $500 ($400 out of my pocket.) I could have enjoyed the same services in my home spa for 1/2 the price. On Saturday, when many of my colleagues were scheduled for services, the spa canceled due to too many employees being absent. Out company was disappointed in how we were treated. Next year, I will find a spa outside of the resort.

When we arrived for our services we were shown the locker room and the waiting area until called for our services. When we finished with the massage and facials we asked. How do we get to the waterfall pool and the hot tub for the spa? We told that was not part of our package I said it is. When I went to hotel manager she informed me that is was in fact part of the spa day experience. We were offered someone else's left over champagne we said no thank you. They offered pizza absolutely not! Asked for a refund because we were notctold the amenities were not in working order for months. We booked in June 2025 by phone no one ever said the amenities were in non working order. We were lied to mislead and taken advantage of financially.
