The girl in the front not overly welcoming but I continued. A male had the water ready quickly and I told him basic pedicure in black. I am 58 and my ankle was swollen from an old tendon tear that acts up occasionally. He was a little rough, cut the nails a little too short where one hurt last night, used no real scrub, just pumiced super hard (I can take the pain, but seriously) but did do a very long lotion massage which did help relieve some stress, and probably helped with some swelling why the 3. Price was same as my lady, at $35 for regular polish. There was a very nice young lady (from Branson) I spoke with, that had recently moved here, and if I ever go back would ask for her.

They had us pick colors, and when I said we didn't want gel, they insisted it was fine because they "match" gel colors to regular. Then they pulled out actual gel bottles. I repeated that I didn't want gel polish, and they told me, "It's ok, it's not gel without the lamp." I even asked if it would come off with normal remover and they said yes. Well, guess what--it won't come off! Now I'm stuck having to go somewhere else to pay to get this taken off, and my nails will likely be damaged in the process from buffing which is why I haven't used gel in years! How does a nail salon not even have regular nail polish? They flat-out lied to me, and I will never be back.

Without a doubt this is a 5 star nail salon. From beginning to end my experience was spot on. The…read moreceiling is a warm brown. The walls are the softest green I have ever seen. The paintings on the walls were beautiful pictures of things you find in nature. The lights were soft and all of the chairs and tables looked brand new. There was light music playing overhead. It was the perfect environment to relax in. I went in for a mani pedi. I was greeted nicely, asked which services I would like and then asked to pick a shade of polish. I was taken to the section of the salon for pedicures. The water was the perfect temperature. I checked a couple of things on my phone and then sat back to relax while I was getting a pedicure. The gentleman who was giving me the pedicure was very gentle. It had been awhile since I had a pedicure so I apologized for the shape my feet were in. He massaged my legs and wrapped them in hot towels. It was delightful. He did a perfect job of painting my toenails. Next it was time for my manicure. We moved to the manicure section. I requested gel nails. The gentleman did a wonderful job of clipping and filing my nails. He made sure that they were filed they way I had asked. Again he did a perfect polish job. My hands and feet look wonderful. I feel completely relaxed. I hated to leave and walk out into the real world.

I noticed a girl getting her nails done with a male tech, and he seemed to be very meticulous. So i decided to come back for a gel mani before my bridal shower. That was a Thursday evening, and it's now Tuesday and almost every nail has chipped/torn off. When he did it I could tell he didn't care at all about the polish application. My cuticles also look like crap. The "massage" was not even close to that, more like an aggressively quick arm lotion rub.

This ends great!! Love this salon for nails!! Not ok, I was in Thursday, it's Monday .... By sat…read morenails were messed up paint and by Fri night my right pinky nail popped off. I came in to get it fixed.... The lady helping me doesn't want to fix it. She's trying to talk me into just doing GX when I have gel builder and is not going to fix my nail polish and I think it's insane. It's not OK and I've come to this place a lot I used to really like it and this is just not OK for health customer service should go. She changed her mind and is now helpful!!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD…read more My mother and I booked appointments at Quality Nails ahead of time, and we both selected specific services AND specific nail techs. From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was confusing and unorganized. When we arrived, they asked if we had appointments. We told them yes and explained who each of us had booked with. Somehow, they still seemed completely confused about our appointments and the services we had selected. What makes this even more frustrating is that THEIR website gives you all of these different services to choose from when booking, so why offer them if the staff is going to act confused when customers actually book them? For my appointment, I specifically booked polygel for my big toes with gel on the rest of my toes. I also had a particular design that I wanted. Before my appointment, I SENT THEM THE DESIGN and received a message saying that they could definitely do it. So there should have been absolutely no confusion about what I wanted once I arrived. Yet when I got there, suddenly there was confusion about whether they could even do what I booked and what I had already been told they could do. They kept trying to steer me toward something different instead of simply doing what I requested. I specifically said that I wanted a cat-eye look, and the nail tech told me to choose another color. I assumed the color she was directing me toward was going to give me the cat-eye look I requested. It did not. The finished result was NOTHING like what I asked for. The entire service felt extremely rushed. While doing my toes, she repeatedly hit/caught my feet on the gel dryer while trying to put them underneath it. This messed up the polish and design. At one point, the polish literally wiped off, she rubbed it with her finger, and then redid the design. My mother's experience was similar--they were being way too rough while moving our feet in and out of the dryer. The worst part is that I LEFT THE SALON WITH MY POLISH ALREADY CHIPPED. I had literally just paid for my service, and it was already messed up. Now it is continuing to chip. There is absolutely no reason freshly done gel polish should look like this immediately after leaving a nail salon. Normally, I would speak up before leaving and ask for something to be corrected if I didn't like it. However, while we were there, another woman literally came into the salon because one of HER nails had already messed up. At that point, I honestly thought, "Okay, this tells me everything I need to know." Why would I ask them to redo my nails when I had already watched my own service be rushed and poorly done, my mother's service have similar issues, AND another customer walk back in because her nail had messed up? On top of all of that, I feel like I was overcharged for a service that wasn't even what I requested. I communicated what I wanted. I booked the appropriate services ahead of time. I sent a picture of the design beforehand. I was specifically told they could do it. I explained that I wanted cat-eye. I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer, and somehow I still walked out with something completely different from what I asked for, poorly executed, rushed, and ALREADY CHIPPING. I absolutely HATE how my nails turned out. If they couldn't do the design or provide the service I requested, I would have much rather been told that BEFORE my appointment instead of being told they could do it, arriving, paying for it, and leaving disappointed. For the amount of money customers spend getting their nails done, there is no excuse for this level of service and quality. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
