13$ breakfast sandwich more bread than anything:(

Arrived here to break for some breakfast between flights. The waitress took my order which was 'the same as the lady next to me'. She messed up the order and just brought me coffee. She served guests arriving after me. Their food came. I asked where my breakfast was and gestured to the lady beside me. She said 'oh, I thought you just wanted coffee?. Huh? Weird. Perhaps if she spent less time socializing with the cook she may have noted the error sooner

Went in here to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and a cheese plate before boarding my plane. A family of 7 with kids came sat beside me - with another family of 3 kids sat behind me. I thought this was a wine bar? Why are there small children yelling around me? When I asked to move the girl rolled her eyes at me. When I did move I asked her why children were allowed in a wine bar. She said it's not a wine bar - so why the name and wine served? Brutal. Won't be going back. Don't go here if you're looking to relax before a long flight.

I came across this spot before leaving on a flight from Vancouver Aiport. For convenience and price point it was between I this and Carl's Jr, because of how bad the ratings for Carl's Jr were, I chose this place. The staff were very nice and attentive here, I had my water refilled without asking a few times, and my food came exactly as ordered in a minimal amount of time. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't as tasty as it looked, there was too much cheese that slid right off. The pizza also definitely could've used some more time in the oven as it was far too doughy. My recommendation for anyone looking for decent food, a glass of wine, and a reasonably coated meal: come here, but just request that your pizza be well done and I'm sure you'll leave satisfied.

Good airport food. Tomato soup and chicken pesto sandwich and a pale ale. Mike, our waiter, was efficient, happy and pleasant.

Poor Service and very overpriced, server knew nothing about the wine they were serving (in a wine bar?). Also not friendly

The worst airport food I have ever had really. $15 for a margarita pizza that is dry dough and canned tomato sauce. Didn't even eat it.

Recently I went for brunch with my family for Father's Day and we had a great time. We all ordered different brunches. My brother and dad got the French omelettes, my mom the quiche Lorraine, my sister the carbonara and myself the mushroom egg tart. We all really enjoyed our dishes. Mine was light, fluffy, flakey and bright with a perfectly cooked soft poached egg. It's a clean feeling breakfast. My sister's carbonara was a proper carbonara (made with egg yolks) it was really savoury and a touch too salty for me but I enjoyed a taste of it. We also ordered the basque cheesecake. I've noticed more and more basque cheesecakes on menus but very rarely do restos do it right. I was looking for a gooy-er lighter but full cheese flavoured basque and unfortunately this just doesn't hit the mark - it's a bit dense and lacks that rich cheese flavour. It was a miss but everything else was great including the service. We had many attentive waitresses from the bar staff to the floor staff and had some great convos with them. This is a staple for the neighborhood and I wish we had more places like this!

A big thank you to Mallory and the kitchen staff! This review is 3 months late, but even a few months later, we remember our meal like it was yesterday and can't wait to return the next time we're in Vancouver. Getting to experience a Michelin Guide-recommended vegan restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip! We had (from the June 2025 menu): the Bread, the Broccolini, the Chickpea Tofu, and the Potato Cavatelli. Not a single crumb, morsel, drizzle of sauce, or even pea was left on the plates! Every bite was so full of flavor and decadent, we were so sad when the meal was over ;) The stand-out though was the Chickpea Tofu, the best tofu we've ever had and it seemed to just melt in your mouth. We also loved sitting at the bar that overlooks the open kitchen. They offer those seats for guests who want a more immersive, interactive dining experience. It was really cool to watch the chefs create each masterpiece. Overall a truly memorable and delicious experience!

The Farmhouse is an unassuming restaurant tucked away in Mount Pleasant…read more I loved the interior design--it truly captures the cozy farmhouse aesthetic. From the window-shaped mirrors to the vintage décor on the walls, every corner feels warm and thoughtfully designed. They also have an adorable backyard patio that I didn't notice until I was leaving. Had I known, I definitely would have chosen to enjoy brunch out there. The food, however, was a bit underwhelming. It leans heavily toward a simple, family-style Italian breakfast--comforting, healthy, and lightly seasoned rather than rich or indulgent. The presentation is also quite rustic instead of picture-perfect. We ordered two pork belly dishes: the Pork Belly Benedict, which swaps the traditional English muffin for focaccia, and the Baked Polenta with stewed tomatoes, creamy polenta, glazed pork belly, and eggs. The eggs in both dishes were closer to soft-boiled than the runny poached eggs I was expecting. Overall, everything tasted fresh but quite mild, and honestly felt like something that could be recreated at home without too much effort. The service was also a little slow. We visited during brunch when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, but there was only one server working, so service felt a bit stretched. I'd come back for the atmosphere and the beautiful patio, and I might give their dinner menu a try.
