I had an amazing dinner experience at Vines and Pints and just had to share!
Chef Marlon is absolutely crushing it -- you can taste the love and care he puts into sourcing local, organic, and grass-fed ingredients. Everything felt so fresh and thoughtfully prepared, it's rare to find that kind of attention to detail these days.
I ordered the grass-fed ribeye steak served with sautéed spinach and garlic and perfectly creamy mashed potatoes. Every bite was heavenly -- the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it (medium-rare perfection) and the sides were comforting and flavorful without being heavy.
One of my friends got the Mediterranean couscous salad with chicken, and she could not stop talking about it. Light, vibrant, packed with flavor -- I definitely stole a few bites and regretted not ordering one to take home!
Her boyfriend ordered the chicken piccata and also couldn't resist adding the Angry Prawns appetizer. Let me tell you: those prawns were next-level! Tossed with ginger, Fresno chilies, garlic, and a sweet chili sauce that absolutely blew my mind. Sweet, spicy, savory -- it hit every craving spot on.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed night out with great wine, incredible food, and even better company. You can really feel that Chef Marlon is passionate about the food and about supporting local farmers and purveyors.
Highly, highly recommend stopping by Vines and Pints -- you'll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
