We were at kirigin as part of the barrels and bites event. What a cute place! The grounds are lovely and oldy-worldy laced with fantasy winery. Perfect place for group photos, gatherings, special events! The wines were tasty and I am starting to think the South County area is improving. We will stop again!

My family of 10 (including 3 kids/babies) came here on a holiday weekend. We showed up around 10:30am and easily found parking. The grounds are beautiful (we saw a wedding being set up) and we were able to snap a few pictures before it was closed off for the wedding. We ate some snacks and enjoyed some wine in the shaded picnic table area which was great. It wasn't too hot and it allowed our toddler daughter to walk around without disrupting others. We tasted wine inside. We were quickly greeted and helped by Pam. She was absolutely great. She was very knowledgeable about the wines (educated us about the grapes, tasting notes, and award winning wines) and helped us decide which wines best suited our individual palates. She was very sweet and made us sure we had a wonderful time while still pouring for others (it was busy by the time we left!). We had a great time and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Pam for taking care of my large group!

This is a quaint little winery in Morgan Hill. To top it off the wine is easy drinking and tastes great. I ended up joining the wine club. What a great price for an every day wine that doesn't need to age. Will look forward to picking up my shipments and enjoying wine through the year!

Beautiful setup of the estate and the picnic area and they also have a nice lawn with flowers for weddings. Our waitress for pouring is friendly and even open a new bottle for us when we didn't taste the goodness of petite Syrah as she'd liked. Wine are ok, a few of them are not bad but in general they don't have much tannins. Rather fruity and ready to drink kind of wine. The pricing is interesting, if you buy 6 bottles it's 30% off, 12 bottles are 50% off and you can also go with 36. Wine tasting is $10, super reasonable these days. The vino de mocha is a nice dessert wine. We also like the Melbec and the Malvasia Bianca.

My sister had her wedding here and it was great. We also did the rehearsal here too. For the rehearsal we met in the tasting room then went to the wedding area. We bought a bottle of their Sauvignon Blanc. It was pretty decent on a hot day. Their wines were affordable. You can taste for $10 but then have to buy a bottle but that $10 is used for credit, so essentially if you pick a $10 wine you paying for a bottle with free tasting. Haha. As for the wedding, it was beautiful. The ceremony on the field. Then the reception in the back area. It had AC, so that was nice. I'm not gonna lie, their wines are not the best compared to the big players like Sonoma and Napa, but compared to Gilroy, it's fine. The staffs are also super nice! My sister enjoyed working with the owner and enjoyed her wedding here.

I got to visit Kirigin Cellars whenever I was still dating my last boyfriend as his family is member of this winery. It was for an event that they had which had pizza, ice cream w/ wine, and of course wine! Haha.. I enjoyed the pizza as I chose a slice of Indian pizza, and it was tasty! The ice cream was pretty yum as well. The wines that I tried were pretty good. I think I had a glass of pinot noir and a glass of a white one that was supposed to have notes of lychee. The grounds were pretty nice. I remembered I spent most of the time there chatting with his parents as he was always running around with his kiddo which is okay. But I could sense that the relationship was fading a bit. I think it was one of our last dates before our breakup. Oh wells..but I'm glad that I got to visit another winery.

Tasting menu - pick four and the Vino de Mocca (desert) is number 5.

The price was right, the coordinator Charlene was so helpful and the place was so beautiful and simple. Things I loved: -Outside patio for outdoor ceremony -bridal room -food was tasty - open bar, we did a his and hers drink -very spacious for 200 people - restrooms were nice and clean - very intimate setting - space did not feel crowded - catering team was friendly and quick to help clear tables Wedding planning is sooooo overwhelming but it felt so nice to have Charlene help us every step of the way. She was very prompt with responding to our questions and we even hired her as our onsite coordinator for our wedding day which was the best decision we could have made. Everything for the most part went smooth and I never felt stressed. I am only giving them 4 stars because I do feel like they can make some improvements with their food tasting. My husband and I were a little disappointed that we had to taste the same food versus each trying something different. We expressed our concerns and they were able to accommodate us with a second tasting since we were not satisfied with our first tasting. Also, we told the catering team that we had a friend that was vegan. They served him a plate with salad and strawberries. In a way that was our fault for not checking in with them with what the actual plate would be. My friend was a good sport about it but I felt so bad because he was really hungry. Lastly, our package included one hour to clean up after the ceremony ended but all my guests were rushed out by security leaving just my parents, myself and a couple of bridesmaids to gather our belongings. If they didnt rush everybody out we could have had more people help with taking down our personal decorations and not felt so rushed and stressed to get out. At this point Charlene was no longer in the building since she was with us since the morning but I do hope that in the future security respects that one hour and does not kick guests out. Overall, beautiful venue, amazing coordinator and great price! Despite the small complaints and hiccups, I would highly recommend this place as a wedding venue.

I have been short-staffed, so I wasn't able to take time off but w/ my team slowly getting back one by one, I knew I needed some time w/ myself doing what brings me the most joy. Growing up we had dogs and cats. Now I have 8 cats and I feed a small stray population (all fixed) in me neighborhood. But the more I work inside the semiconductor industry, the more I want to get away from the noise, the people, and be w/ the animals. When animals are hungry, they eat. When animals are tired, they sleep. When there are conflicts, they fight. They have no hidden agenda. They will love you unconditionally no matter what you bring to the table. Booking the reservation was easy. You pay half of it first to secure the timeslot. At the time of your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance. Paying cash will give you 10% off. You can bring children and even your dogs! They have a small area for kids to play. You can bring fruits/vegetables or purchase food for $10. All of their animals (cows, chickens, alpacas, goats, rabbits, and dogs) are secured. You can feed them, take selfies w/ them, and pet them but you cannot be inside the enclosures. The cats are healthy and friendly, they roam the property. There wasn't a single area I saw that wasn't maintained. Every animal and every enclosure were clean and well taken care of. Jasmine and Andrew were personable, friendly, and you can see how much love and patience they radiate. I cannot wait to head back. This time I will bring Gavin. From that day on, I decided to stop consuming lamb, goat, and a day after turkey. i am not trying to be vegan or a vegetarian but I wanted to reduce my carbon footprint what w/ all the AI data centers and the artic no longer being protected, I just feel it's my duty to do my part in helping preserve this planet not just for my kids, but for all living beings on this planet - mainly the animals.

When…read moreyou think of wine, you often think of heading to Napa or Paso Robles, but you'll never think that deep in the hills of Gilroy (borderline Morgan Hill), there's this small and beautiful vineyard. I haven't been to Italy but having seen it in movies, this place sure gives you the feels of having traveled that far for a glass of wine. It's a small vineyard with such an intimate and relaxing setting. The owners, Drew and Tiffany, are friendly, chill, and easygoing. Even though we've met them for the first time through a mutual friend, my husband and I felt comfortable talking to them as if we've known them for some time. They're very personable and well versed with their wines, and I love the stories behind some of the names for their wines. You'll also be greeted by their sweet and gentle black lab, Bear, who walks around saying hi to the guests. My husband and I both did the Estate Reds tasting as we love reds, especially Cabernets. I'm not a wine connoisseur at all, but I do like to enjoy a glass of wine here and there. The reds were delish, though I enjoyed The House (light) and Vino Nona (deep and bold) best. However, given another couple of years, I think Vino Nona would have an exceptional taste. And oh, you must try the Frozé (Frozen Rosé) or that I hope you get the chance as I heard they do run out of it fast. Such a yummy adult icee that is so refreshing with a good taste of the Rosé wine. I have 2 young boys, so I always love places that are kid and family friendly! This place is big enough for the boys to run and explore with areas for pictures and games. There's also a cute swing for anyone needing that nice picture to post. And one more thing, the portable bathroom is amazing! I'm never a fan of portable bathrooms, but this one is not a bit scary at all. It kinda reminds me of the bathroom on the airplanes but much nicer. Great escape for a few hours to enjoy with your significant other and/or with friends. Definitely nice place for small events. P.s. There is also a menu for light snacks, which I forgot to take a picture of.
