This is a neat place! There are a lot od locals and regulars and everyone seemed to know everyone, making it feel like maybe we will be regulars one day too!. We started with Sangria (both red and white) and tho I like the white a bit more, both are really good. We also had the "a little bit of both" share charcuterie, and that was much more than expected! Not fancy, but 2 cheeses, 2 meats, assorted nuts, olives (have pits be safe!) and grapes with a few slices of a nice crusty bread and these really good large cracker type bread that was just perfect to have with our sangrias. We sat outside while a great local band played, the heaters were perfectly warm, nice string lights, and a good atmosphere. We also ordered a coffee and a beer later on, but I forget what kind of beer. Was good, I just don't recall the beer or ale. Staff was pretty attentive most of the time. The reason for not 5 stars: while I was in the industry for almost 50 years, our server seemed to get bored with us at some point and we had to flag her down. It was busy so I understand but the attitude changed a bit. Also, we wanted an item on the menu from The website and it wasn't available as the website wasn't updated. Minor issue, but the server seemed annoyed. Next time I keep the menus so that doesn't happen again. Still, totally worth the visit and since I live in the area now I would love to become a regular! We stopped here after brunch nearby on our way to the next wine tasting stop. It's a small spot, with an outdoor patio (Grant's Garden) that's larger than the inside area. It was pretty quiet when we went (only one other group outside at 1pm on a Saturday). The vibes are very chill--we came in through the side entrance and grabbed a spot in the back. There are plenty of tables and chairs available, most with umbrellas for shade; there seems to be a few tables with built in fire pits as well. There was also a stage in the back for live music, which would have been awesome to enjoy with some cold wine on a hot day. The inside area is nice, bright, quiet, and clean. They have TVs for sports, news, etc. There are a bunch of open seats and bar area with additional seating. There is a solid selection of beverages, including lots of wine and flights. Reds, whites, rosé, sparkling, and more. They also do dessert wines and bubbly cocktails! You can order most things by the glass, or full bottle. If you're not into wine, they also have a selection of beer, ciders, and non-alcoholic options! We had just had a big meal so didn't get any food, however they had a solid menu featuring items like flatbreads, sandwiches, tacos, salads, Mediterranean dishes, crostinis, and of course cheese and charcuterie plates. The woman working was friendly and helpful with answering questions and making sure we were taken care of. This is definitely a cute and fun spot to grab a drink, or whole bottle to share. The owner argued with me. That's enough. After I explained the situation, he still insisted that I was wrong. It was a beer! A stranger approached us and hung out with us, he ordered a beer. Then the bill came out. The server said that I was responsible for paying for the stranger that ordered a beer. Then the owner came up to make it right, he questioned me that I was out of line. I've been wanting to check out Bubbles & Brew for years, and I finally had the chance to go with my SIL who lives in Morgan Hill and has been wanting to try the place as well. We arrived at Bubbles & Brew around 12pm on a Saturday. The restaurant had just opened, so we were the first guests there. We had free range of the restaurant and could stake a claim at any table we wanted. We decided to sit in a shaded area in the outside patio. The restaurant was considerably spacious. For some reason I envisioned the interior to be on the trendier side, but I found the place to be quaint with dated furniture. Overall service was great. We had a friendly and helpful server, and I appreciated that the food came out in a timely manner. The guava mimosa was excellent. It had just the right balance of guava juice to champagne. The food was average at best. We ordered a few things to share including the ahi tuna tower, the fig/prosciutto/goat cheese flatbread, and the shrimp crostini. I would say that the flatbread was the best thing we ate. The flatbread was nicely thin and crispy, and I was a fan of the fig jam layer in between the crust and cheese. Not Sure about parking because we ended up visiting this place, after having dinner in the area, we decided to go here because not only was it convenient, the name was cute & "bubbly" so Why Not go in & have a a few drinks OR make it a bottle We got there & it was less than 10mins till closing, BUT they were nice enough to let us have a seat, look at the menu & take our time, not feel rushed while trying to decide what we wanted to drink. That's Why we were there, Friendly staff, cute inside & they have outside seating IF it gets chilly, they have heaters on the top (ceiling) & fire pit type heating. Lots of drinks on the menu, if it's overwhelming, you can ask the waitress, what's recommended? they have a nice amount of food on the menu, I will definitely be back to this place to try the food & maybe a couple more bottles. read more

I met my friend and her husband here after clay shooting with my son and his friend. This was our first time here. They had a band playing in their patio, but since we came after the band started, we sat inside. I ordered the Ahi Tower with won ton chips. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was very good! Well we stoped here because it had 4 **** good reviews. It was just ok for he two dishes we ordered. Cesar Salad with chicken and flat bread with meat. We had a wonderful birthday party at Bubbles last night. We had it outside on the patio where the trees give so much shade. It was beautiful. The service was outstanding. They were so kind and patient with us all. The wine and drinks and food were so good and we loved all the appetizers that we all shared. This was how they served their Charcuterie platter! In a cheap $1 basket. Not a fan at all, they need to invest in some real cheese boards. They seem to serve even a salad in these baskets. The meat was dried as if it were sitting out. Next time, we will just go for the drinks, since not something they need to make or put together! Visited this spot over the weekend based upon a friend's recommendation. I will say when we first arrived, the staff wasn't that welcoming and we were seated in a back cast off corner. It took forever for a server to come greet us and bring menus. We eventually were able to move our table and enjoyed our watermelon sangrias and beer flights. After living in the area for more than a decade, I finally gave Bubbles a visit. It's located in downtown Morgan Hill, which has plenty of street parking. The bistro is quaint and cozy. There's a backyard area with a live music band playing on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. We opted for inside, which was nice. Service was friendly and attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine and a few sharing plates. The spicy shrimp was flavorful and we really enjoyed the bit of broth that it was served in. The crostinis was toasted to perfection, not too crunchy, but chewy and crisp (we ordered extra to dip with the broth). This wouldn't be my weekly spot (I wish it can be), since a bottle of wine, some olives, nuts, and crostinis can run you quite a high tab, but it's definitely a nice place for date night, GNO, or an intimate celebration once in a while. Came in on a Thursday during happy hour with my mom and children. First time here and just moved to the area & have had my eye on this place to try. We ordered tomato bruschetta, Brie crostini, agave strawberry margarita, and a red sangria. We sat outside had a little heater on us and we were the only ones out there for a little while until about 5pm. You can order from their back door window or the waiter can come out to you. Our waiter was super nice even gave the kids both a side of berries when my daughter politely asked :) The food was great! Inside is almost a different vibe than outside. Their bathroom is clean. David, thank you for your response and feedback. The food was tasty indeed, however the meat and cheese board could have been better. The choice of cracker or in this case baked hard flatbread broken up and placed in a separate basket was not the best pairing for a Charcuterie board. It is however a very nice touch that you are thinking outside the box, but like the plating vessels, It does not have the desired effect one would hope for. To go, or not to go? That was the question my friend and I asked each other about Bubbles the few times we were checking out Morgan Hill over summer. The first visit was mainly sight seeing and walking around, and on the second we were full from lunch, so of course we went wine tasting at one of the wineries before heading back to San Jose. Third time was the charm! On our third visit, we came down specifically to go wine tasting at more of the wineries, and we hadn't eaten lunch so it was a perfect opportunity to check out Bubbles. Since we came for wine tasting, we ordered a sample flight of pinot noir. They were all surprisingly full-bodied, for what we thought was just a little bar on the side of the road. I love the menu here. Every option interested me, especially all of the crostinis. We went with the Italian order, and swore that if we ever return, we'd try two more. The food was the perfect amount of snack for two people, but it could also serve as a meal for one person. The flavors were also surprisingly bold! Maybe it's insulting to use "surprisingly" twice, but heck, I was totally surprised. I really hope I'll have a chance to return soon! read more
