It is hard to find a cleaners that cleans shirts and jackets to perfection. Especially pressing which is important to me. For me I pay for quality and to know that the dry cleaner backs their cleaning service. The quality of the finished product is key for me which has to do with soild experience which this place has. Not only did they guarantee my dress earlier than expected, but she was absolutely.... A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! My dress, as difficult as bridesmaids dresses can be to work with (material), she created this dress to fit my body, PERFECTLY! The price was very fair and her work was impeccable. Wow...I know dry cleaning is expensive, but these guys take it to a whole new level! They don't post any prices anywhere, and when you pick up your clothes, they don't give you an itemized bill unless you ask for it. When you apply a coupon, you never know if you're actually getting anything off, since they don't tell you what the original price is!! They overcharged and ruined some of my dress shirts. I found holes in two of my shirts and the collars were shredded. Will not return!

Tried this place because it's more convenient relative to where I live over my regular spot. The work was fine, what you would expect when getting your cloths dry cleaned, but the price was insane. They were charging me $10 per shirt which is more than double what I pay at my regular spot. Why would I pay more for the same quality work, needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I was VERY disappointed to see how expensive this dry cleaners is. I went in to dry clean 7 sweaters, 2 blouses, and 1 peacoat and the total came out to $114... 50% more than I would typically pay at a cleaners. At my previous cleaners, which also performed eco-friendly dry cleaning, blouses were $4.95 each and sweaters were $5.95 each. Here, blouses were almost $10 each and sweaters ranged from $10-$15 (cashmere). When I arrived, I also brought in a pair of nice black leggings with tiny strip of faux leather up the sides and the lady behind the counter said that she would need to clean this as leather and it would cost $25. Although I appreciated her interest in caring for my piece, I told her I have had these pants dry cleaned over 50 times and would be fine with her dry cleaning it regularly. She then became rather rude and insisted it needed to be specialty dry cleaned or else they wouldn't take it, even though it was clear that wasn't what I was looking for. At that first sign of the expensive price tag, I should have known to pull my entire bag of clothes and go elsewhere. After giving her all my other pieces except the leggings, I asked for a receipt/summary of the costs per item (sweater, blouse, etc) and she said I would receive it upon pickup... strange? When I arrived today, the bill was outrageous... will not be coming back. read more

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM I have been using these guys for a few years. The laundry quality is OK and no problems. I gave them one winter coat to dry clean once and they destroyed it, blaming the designer. HERE IS THEIR SCAM Over time I noticed my regular cotton shirts get notices on them that they have to be dry cleaned, thought to myself, they must know something I don't. Mind you the identical shirt is also being laundered by them. Well, once you give the OK, from that day on your shirt is being dry cleaned at 3 times the price. Again, not such a big deal. Today, I took a bunch of shirts in and randomly one became the winner of " you need dry cleaning". This time, I asked why? (really just wanted to know). First I was told, its a dry clean only shirt (identical shirt in a different color was in the batch for laundry). We both looked at the label and it said machine wash. So I asked Why again.... this time the answer was, because of the buttons, if we laundry them they break... But the shirt was washed by you a half dozen times, identical shirt is being laundered, you are charging me extra on every shirt for hand press and only the buttons on this one may break? (Oh before I forget, the extra money you pay for hand press, according to them, its still done by a machine, you are just wasting your money) THEN I REALIZED, THEY ARE JUST SCAMMING ME. CHARGING YOU 3 TIMES AS MUCH. I took my cloth up the street and they were laughing, I guess this is their common scam to triple charge people. read more

I signed up for automatic pick-up and delivery, but I find it more convenient to just do the delivery. I drop the clothes off at the store myself because I can't remember to leave them on my porch on pick-up day. Besides, Abbe and Manuela are adorable, and it always makes my day to see them. I would have hoped for better from a sanitone cleaner. From the way they press dress shirts, it's obvious that they don't really care about them. my dress shirts had wrinkles pressed into them, and the pleats on the sleeve weren't even pressed at all. read more

My husband and I have been delighted with View Cleaners ever since the present owner took over. We continue to take all of our cleaning there plus my husbands shirts for laundering, even though we moved to the other side of Irvine. I have never had such a better cleaner. The biggest part---an excellent spotter. My daughter in Chicago and my daughter-in-law in San Diego give me their "special" cleaning and "hard to get the spots out" cleaning as they don't trust anyone else either.
