I ordered the beef iron pot rice and the fish sauce chicken wings, both were so delicious! Our server was very patient and helped us through the menu! Wow. Just wow. I've been to many pho places, but the pho here blows me away every time. It's as if it gets better every time I go. The establishment is always exceptionally clean with up to date renovations. Staff is incredibly attentive and hospitable. I also absolutely love their summer roll with their delicious peanut sauce. Based on the reviews claiming it's mostly 5 stars we have this place a shot. Sadly the only food I enjoyed was probably the taro milk tea and the 6 bite size pieces of beef in my bowl full of flavorless noddles. My girlfriend didn't enjoy her pho at all and when we waited for our server which she didn't come up till I was done with my food. When I explained to the waitress that my girlfriend didn't enjoy her food. the waitress brought out the owner and when we explained to the owner, he got defensive as in forcing us to rethink what we thought about the food after he asked why she didn't like it. Owner then walks away and waitress comes back and waits till I pay for the meal and then guilt trips my gf saying "next time you tell me you didn't like the pho because my boss yelled at me and now I have to pay for your pho". There will be no next time. I've had cup noodles with way much more rich and flavorful broth and tofu. The tofu also felt like chewing on a soggy sponge. Please go anywhere else but here. With better service and way more better tasting food made with love. 0 stars if that was an option on here. read more

Excellent customer service, bilingual and very patient. Minh was both server and helper at the register. Friend and I ordered some authentic soup based noodles. This was my first time being here. The general decor is pleasant and inviting. Enough traditional wall art and some decorations but not too busy to take up spaces, more retro style but family friendly! I always love exploring BBH at various Vietnamese places in NOVA for the best BBH that I so missed from SoCAL. Today's decision to try out at Viet Fire did not disappoint!!!! The amount was just right, including couple variety of meat, shaved cabbages, and fermented shrimp paste! It's hard to find a good bowl of BBH that includes many authentic ingredients that bring back taste and memories from childhood. An added bonus is that they used bones to make broth, not cheap powder version. Though I have not tried the Pho yet, I would love to come back and check out other dishes, especially the dinner for 2 deal. read more

I ordered the #76 caramelized black pepper swap fish in case iron pot, which was a terrific dish, that was firm white boneless fish dish, that has a very nice balance of sweetness and acidity, and all in my party that tried it, regretted not ordering it. Other dishes were well received were Pho, Banh Mi, and Stir Fried Vegetables. We also enjoyed the crispy spring rolls, so much we returned the next day for lunch. This place is great! Every Vietnamese per knows, you can judge good Vietnamese food by how flavorful the Pho broth. And here, it's top notch. It's got that beefy flavor along with the right amount of spices you are expecting. It's a nice clean broth. I've also had their Bun Bo Hue which is great. My wife and I were lioking for a restaurant to fill the void in our hearts, and stomachs, since one of absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurants closed (Viet Chopsticks in Landsdowne). Fortunately we stumbled upon Viet Fire Kitchen and their clay pot rice was more than sufficient!
