We randomly found this place on yelp and what a gem it is. Interiors look modern and service was very prompt. The server was very polite and helped us with questions we had about the menu and was able to customize a few things. We loved the flexibility. One of the managers Min came out to say hi as well. Most important part - food was absolutely flavorful and yum! They have a soy sauce and spice rack on every table which was convenient. For Vietnamese restaurant in this area, the food is good. It does not have a huge selection but it definitely does satisfy the choice. The only issue I have, the green mint leaves and sprout are not as large quantity. I am sure if you ask for more, the server will get you more. The two servers are excellent. Upon entering this beautiful restaurant we were greeted and seated immediately. The place was spotless and the decor was extremely well done, especially the hand-painted murals on the walls...(we loved the one with the hands supporting a bridge! Wow!). Our clean menus arrived with the waiter filling our glasses with fresh water. We order a two orders of the fresh garden spring rolls and we were not disappointed when the arrived very quickly after our deliciously prepared Vietnamese Coffees. Each of the rolls had a tasty mix of vegetables and three shrimp. We gobbled them up utilizing the tantalizing peanut sauce. We did add just a touch of Hoisin sauce to the mixture which was readily available on the table. I ordered a small (It was HUGE) bowl of Phó, with beef filet, and was not disappointed. Very tasty and served with a bounty of fresh Thai Basil, slices of green spicy pepper, bean sprouts and lemon. The lemon was unusual as I expected lime, but the added acidity proved perfect to an already perfect bowl of broth and noodles. We complimented our waiter, and the manager as we departed. I generally don't like food too spicy, but you could add in a house made condiment to your taste and it added just the right amount of heat.
