This is the best Vietnamese spot in Ashburn. They have affordable options and solid Vietnamese food from Pho to banh mi to viet chicken wings. The best dish my group had was the cá kho aka caramelized stone pot fish. It's the best that I've had at any Vietnamese restaurant. The banh mi is also so fire. This place has the best customer service, bar none! We ordered pho and grilled chicken with rice. My chicken was unfortunately pink; when I flagged it, they immediately replaced it and took it off our bill. They were apologetic and kind. Overall the food was delicious. I was actually at the shopping plaza to go in another restaurant to pick up lunch when I noticed Viet Fire and decided to go in to take a look at the menu. Definitely a place I would want to dine in, very beautifully decorated and staff is very friendly. Since they had one of my favorites on the menu I ordered the Shaking Beef to go. I was in the area for work and the weather was brutally cold so I felt a bowl of Pho would warm me up, the restaurant was conveniently located near my hotel with lots of free parking. Inside I found the restaurant cozy and the staff attentive. I ordered 33. Huey style beef noodle soup and seafood fried rice to go and Viet Coffee. I also ordered the calamari thinking it would be an appetizer style dish, but it was actually an entree. the calamari was light and well fried. the summer rolls came out well wrapped and the shrimp inside were large. the peach fruit drink was a bit too sweet for me. but the star of the show was the pho. the soup was so hearty and fat. it just felt amazing paired with the rice noodles. I truly was in bliss as I had a horrible head cold and I just wanted to take a nap. The menu is so extensive as there is more than just pho offered here. Viet Fire is an understatement! The Pho here is an inferno of deliciousness. The broth is just immaculate with flavor on flavor and quality meat. I generally get the pho Tai and add beef ball but recently tried there grilled chicken ban mi which was also good. Huge portions of meat but would ask for a little more veggies next time. I though the space looked familiar - turns out their used to be a Pho joint in this physical space called "Pho Bistro" - that I visited many years ago. I ordered a small Pho Ga with white meat - and we shared an order of crispy spring rolls. Pho was tasty - the broth was a bit on the light side (I prefer a deeper, more complex chicken broth). Viet Fire Kitchen has a customer facing WiFi network - you'll need to ask them for the password (the cellular reception on AT&T inside the restaurant was so poor that I could not check in on Yelp until I got on their WiFi).
