Best vietnamese restaurant close to the hotel where we frequent. Albeit, they don't offer my favorite Bahn xeo crepes, they do have the popular dishes such as Vermicelli, bahn mi, pho and rice plates. I've tried them all and I've not been disappointed once. My favorites dishes come with grilled pork. I prefer that over chicken or beef when it comes to vietnamese. Except I will, get the steak pho, beef is sliced thinly and the broth is so tasty, especially good on a cold winters day. Adding in all, the side veggies consisting of bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, and topping off with Sriracha and hoisin sauce. The bahn mi is perfect, I love how the French baguette is crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. That makes for a Perfect sandwich and the grilled pork is slightly sweet, smoky and tender. I've also had the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. I usually get that same combo at any vietnamese restaurant. The only way you could mess that up is the dressing..or maybe overcook the noodles. We visit at least once a trip, and as long as they are consistently delicious, we will keep visiting.it has not been crowded whenever we've dined, but there is a steady stream of customers at all times because we go at odd times, and so do many others, Restaurant workers have been friendly and welcoming. Been wanting to try Viet Fire for a while and glad I did! The decor is lovely and the service very attentive. I had Thai tea which was yummy and refreshing I ordered the hot iron pot rice with seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops, fish balls). It was really amazing. The flavors as presented were sublime and the addition of the house-made spicy sauce (recommended by the owner) took the dish over the top. I would definitely order the dish again, but perhaps without the fish balls which were the weak point of the dish. Best pho spot in the area. The top criteria for pho: the broth! It's piping hot, clear, balanced by not being too salty or spicy, and has depth of flavor. The lunch portion is PERFECT and this means a lot to me because leftover pho never tastes great. The lunch combo comes with a drink and app for $18 and there are tons of options. The crispy eggrolls are tasty, although I prefer the wrapper at Four Sisters. The staff is super nice too. I'm glad they got extra help to meet the demand because it was getting a little hectic when they had lots of customers. The place is clean and I love the food vids from Vietnam too. Working all the way up here from Houston Texas, I was told there are not any Vietnamese restaurants around here which may be happy to see that there was one close to work. amAs I glanced the fellow Yelp photos, I w glad see see that they have pork in a clay pot. You don't even get that kind of choice sometimes at many Vietnamese restaurant back home. Stepped in here around 5:30 in the afternoon and was happy to experience that with less than five people in here you can treat it like a king! I mean that these people are very attentive and personal I don't know how it is when they get busy but I'm sure I will find out one day I'm thinking they are doing well with all of the great reviews. You people hit the spot on this one. Parking is plenty you should never have any problems finding a space even though it is a joined by other businesses. As you walk into the interior you can see that they made thoughtful plans into what they placed on the walls, the surroundings, the waiting area and the settings around the table. Nothing look like it was thrown in haphazard way to make it look like a restaurant. This would be a decent restaurant to take out a first date it will not break your wallet. It's not on the menu, but if you ask, they can make it for you which is the pork in a clay pot. What they show on the menu is a fish in a clay pot but I saw the pork that someone else posted and was craving that and without blinking and eye, they happily said they can make it for me. It came out really well it had less sweetness that most organic clay pots have and it was spicy as requested. There is outside dining which compliments the area that you walk into if you choose to sit outside. This is really a place you should try at least once. I hope you like it. Was excited to try this place! Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience. There were flies buzzing around our table and the food was sorta bland. Food: 3/5 We got the crispy springs rolls. They were very dense. Plus, it was $6 for two small rolls. A little overpriced. We also got the mixed fried rice which tasted pretty bland and the chicken curry was very watery. Not sure if that's just what Vietnamese curry is? However, the carmelized fish was very good! It did take a long time to come out. My friends finished half their dishes until my fish came out. Service: We felt very welcomed and our water cups were always filled. I didn't like how one waiter touched all our napkins instead of just putting a pile on the table. Unassuming location, nestled between countless other restaurants and a cloud farm. They have interesting and very tasty dishes which are well presented and well seasoned. Not overly salty. I had fried noodles with chicken which came with a light hoisin style sauce which the crunchy noodles sucked up gradually. Nice contrast of crunch and chewy. We stumbled upon Vien Fire after minutes of searching, and I didn't regret our choice at all. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted as seated immediately by the staff. By default, the bowl is a large and it comes with three meats. The broth was good, it had a lighter taste when it came down to the Pho flavor, however, delicious regardless. The quality of meats was good and the noodles were cooked well. The Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, and very attentive when coming to the service. They were a bit busy so we have to give them some slack. I loved by crispy spring rolls which had a good amount of filling. I also enjoyed my beef fried rice which I got with an extra egg. A genuine disappointment given the 4.5+ star restaurant rating on Yelp. The banh mi today was on a fresh submarine sandwich roll in lieu of a baguette. The sparse amount of cilantro was placed on top of the pickled carrots and daikon that were overpowered with vinegar. The grilled pork was good, but not enough to justify the $11 price. The best thing we found at this restaurant is the big variety of authentic dishes, not just the traditional Pho and a couple more. We tried the Iron Hot Pot sea food with rice and Vietnamese Shaky Beef, both were excellent. We loved the rice that sticks to the bottom of the pan and is crunchy and tasty. I had the seafood hot iron pot rice. The seafood was cooked perfectly and the rice had crisped up nicely because of the sizzling iron pot. Both the seafood and the vegetables were generous in quantity. I have a beef allergy, so they offered me the vegetarian or chicken for the soup side that comes with the hot iron pot. An excellent location if you're in the Ashburn area for some pho. Especially if you're staying at the Embassy Suites next door. I was here at least several times due to its close proximity and delicious menu items. Their pho ga and pho dac biet are onpoint. Both broths were delicious and there's never a wait for this restaurant. They also have a good selection of vegetarian items too! If you come here for the $15 lunch special, they have an offer which includes a crispy roll and a beverage. Prices here are quite reasonable and they've been able to provide the same portions. Per the owner they changed ownership about a year ago so that's why they're no longer called Pho Bistro. I was here about 4 years ago and remember the location quite well. Credit cards are accepted here and they do separate checks making things easy. read more

Exception Vietnamese food...many menu items are unique. My wife is from Vietnam (Ha Noi), and loves this place. The owner's nephew manages the dining area, and is always very personable, and goes out of his way to explain the dishes. We are picky about our pho, we find a lot of places in LOUDOUN / leesburg to be watery / not very flavorful, so we were really excited to finally find a good place. The restaurant is walking distance from my hotel and was one of 2 restaurants with excellent reviews so I decided to try it. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and taken to a table. I knew what I wanted to eat so I declined a menu. There is a bar on the far side of the restaurant but I did not order from there. The restaurant is clean, not too loud, and there was plenty of space for all patrons who were there. I ordered pho ga (chicken pho). It took a little longer to come out than I expected but that was not an issue for me. The broth is rich and flavorful. The service was excellent. The prices are fair. They do not accommodate vegetarians much. I came here for their lunch special however, I saw that there were only meat options. Seeing if they can accommodate me as a vegetarian, I requested if they can give me whatever they have without the meat or with tofu instead. They said no, and what they have is what they provide. Then looking at their regular menu, I saw higher prices that were not justified. Disappointed with my options, I left. It's really unfortunate because I feel having a vegetarian (lunch special) option shouldn't be that difficult; for one, there are less ingredients than the meat dish, and two, it's not that big of a request. Either way, the lack of effort and accommodation speaks poorly on their customer service. I would give them two stars but I'm giving them the benefit of doubt; maybe it was just the gentleman who had poor customer service rather than the restaurant as a whole. We've been coming here for over a year now and we love the food! Our 4 year old requests this place when it's his turn to decide on dinner. The garlic was roasted just right and the fried Basil leaves we could not do without-- they made the app really pop with flavor. Creative and delish appetizer! Caramelized black pepper Swai fish fillet in cast iron pot. This was also fantastic. The fish was tasty and fresh. The sauce with it was so flavorful. It came with a side white rice. Basil garlic fries, these were good and had a good flavoring. I think they were a bit over cooked a 1/3 of them were too crunchy and oily. Papaya salad with shrimp (on side). This wasn't as flavorful as I'd hoped. It just need a bit more fish sauce I think. Great potion size though. Fried rice with shrimp, delicious! It was a little charred and buttery. A great portion as well. Good size shrimps and flavorful. Crispy spring rolls, we're so tasty. Nicely fried and packed with a good filling. Yellow curry, with no meat per my request.
