We were greeted quickly, and several people came by to check on us throughout the meal, both our waitress and others. Everyone was so bubbly and friendly, and it really felt like they were working as a team to get everything done which I love to see!! Our waitress Jackie was THE. BEST. She was attentive and friendly, and just such an energetic presence that made the whole experience feel joyful and lively! I would come back literally just for her. For a $15 margarita, it's disappointing that the drink was served in such a dirty glass. At that price point, I expected the presentation and cleanliness to be much better. The drink itself was also disappointing. Margaritas can sometimes be overly syrupy, but at least they still taste like margaritas. This one was the complete opposite--it tasted watered down, lacked that classic margarita flavor, and I couldn't taste any tequila at all. For $15, I expected much better. If you're looking for a good drink with actual alcohol, I wouldn't recommend ordering a margarita here. You may be better off sticking with one of the canned alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing as well. When I asked the waitress to exchange the margarita for a canned drink, she took the drinks and then went to sit with the DJ, leaving us waiting for about 20 minutes. The atmosphere was extremely loud to the point where you couldn't hold a conversation, and the crowd management seemed completely out of control. Came here to catch up with a few friends while I was visiting the DFW area. My friend suggested this place be sude she loves it, and I see why! They have a pretty extensive brunch menu and the venue itself was nice, clean, and fairly quiet. I had the taco salad with steak and I truly was blown away. The steak was made exactly to order (Medium) and the salad itself was full of flavor. I visited about 2 weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the service was a little slow when there weren't that many parties there. I usually go to the GP location but my friend suggested this location for the soft serve margaritas. While the food and drinks were fine, the problem arose when we closed out tickets. When our server, presented us with our bill, she did so on the electronic device and only showed us the total on the screen with the tip options below. Our table of four (3 adults and 1 child) paid with no issues however, when I received my printed out receipt, I saw that automatic gratuity was already added. We also gave a tip when we paid the bill so we were surprised that gratuity was already on there. I did check and the menu only says that parties of six or more will have automatic gratuity, so I felt tricked that we were not notified prior to tipping. This is just a warning for all to check your bill before paying. She got one over on us, but I know I'll never go back to this location again just based off this encounter. read more

Fire your entire staff except for the very nice food runner and hostess and get new ones. I am 1st gen Colombian- i was taught in a collectivist and serving culture to... serve with a kind heart. These new age latina x chicas- disappointed. This is only prevalent in the US culture and most people in latin countries are appalled when they come here. No refill on waters or drinks asked or given, brought chips and salsa- funny brought salsa in 2 oz contained then after the 3rd request brought the ;oz salsa container that should have originally come with the chips. And it should be common knowledge when eating salty foods you are dying of thirst, with no bartenders in sight and when they make eye contact, arrive only to take away your water cup and leave. There's a lot of street parking as well as lots available to park in, but this neighborhood gets quite busy during ceetain hours. I was able to get a spot right outside and noted the payment is required after 6pm. Going in, you have the option of inside, patio, and rooftop. There's plenty of seating to go around and this place is great for larger groups. Came here for happy hour and the Taco Tuesday special (2 tacos and a shot of tequila for 8 dollars). The happy hour menu is available on their website and has a good amount of items. Happy hour is half off select apps. The Cameron en Agua Chile was our favorite and it has a nice kick of spicy to it. The empanadas were passable, but probably would not get these again. The queso in molcauete bowl was quite tasty. The Tuesday special were street tacos. These are good portions have have a decent amount of meat in them. The meat isnt super juicy, but it's not dry either. Definitely add some salsa though. The tequila shot was decent. We also got the $6 Vidorrita, which was pretty yummy margarita. I liked this spot and would definitely come back. The rooftop is a nice vibe, and the patio also looked chill. The rooftop is a great space for large gatherings we rented out and had a buffet style dinner.. It was fresh and it was delicious and very, very plentiful . Fresh guacamole, fresh taquitos, fresh quesadillas, tacos, rice and beans so many dishes. It was delightful and so flavorful everyone agreed it was very good. Their chips and salsa are amazing The bar upstairs on the rooftop is open to the outside elements. We were lucky it was not raining. It was a little bit chilly, but it was very nice. Tucker, the manager, was more than accommodating to our crew. We came in from New York, and when I say he went above and beyond, he truly did. We were extremely grateful. He made sure we were seated in an area where we could get the maximum amount of air conditioning, as it was a little warm inside, but still very lovely overall. Kennady, the bartender, was wonderful from the moment I arrived for the reservation. Even though I had dined there many times before, she still took the time to go over the menu thoroughly. This was not previously my favorite location, but it quickly became my new favorite because of the level of service we received. Lexi (Alexa), our server, was awesome quick, sincere, and friendly. The food came out perfectly, and everyone truly enjoyed everything. We absolutely enjoyed both the food and the downstairs service. However, when we decided to experience the rooftop area, the experience unfortunately declined. The servers upstairs refused to serve us directly and made two members of our party go downstairs just to place a drink order. Additionally, when we asked for the restaurant's plastic blinds to be closed to keep us from getting soaked by the rain, there was hesitation, and we were told it would become too hot. While we understood the concern, our request was simply to avoid getting wet from the rain. Overall, despite the disappointing upstairs experience, the service downstairs, the food, and the hospitality from Tucker, Kennady, and Lexi made the visit an excellent one. Would I come back? YES! TL;DR - the vibe is emasculate and the barrel nachos are as good as they look. We came here for lunch on a Thursday, so naturally there was no wait. We were hoping to sit up on the roof, but they don't open it until 4pm (understandable). We opted for the outside(ish) area and it was beautiful, I also love that we sat on a couch. I had the Tito's drink and the classic margarita, both were very good, but I preferred the vodka drink. It was very light and refreshing. I plan to come back with some friends and order a pitcher of it! Dare I say the barrel nachos are the best restaurant nachos I've ever had?
