Tucker, the manager, was more than accommodating to our crew. We came in from New York, and when I say he went above and beyond, he truly did. We were extremely grateful. He made sure we were seated in an area where we could get the maximum amount of air conditioning, as it was a little warm inside, but still very lovely overall. Kennady, the bartender, was wonderful from the moment I arrived for the reservation. Even though I had dined there many times before, she still took the time to go over the menu thoroughly. This was not previously my favorite location, but it quickly became my new favorite because of the level of service we received. Lexi (Alexa), our server, was awesome quick, sincere, and friendly. The food came out perfectly, and everyone truly enjoyed everything. We absolutely enjoyed both the food and the downstairs service. However, when we decided to experience the rooftop area, the experience unfortunately declined. The servers upstairs refused to serve us directly and made two members of our party go downstairs just to place a drink order. Additionally, when we asked for the restaurant's plastic blinds to be closed to keep us from getting soaked by the rain, there was hesitation, and we were told it would become too hot. While we understood the concern, our request was simply to avoid getting wet from the rain. Overall, despite the disappointing upstairs experience, the service downstairs, the food, and the hospitality from Tucker, Kennady, and Lexi made the visit an excellent one. Would I come back? YES! The atmosphere was extremely loud to the point where you couldn't hold a conversation, and the crowd management seemed completely out of control. It felt overcrowded, disorganized, and honestly a bit uncomfortable trying to move around or even get service. Speaking of service, it was slow and inattentive. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get basic things handled, and it didn't seem like anyone was really paying attention to our table. The drinks were overpriced for what you get, and the overall experience just didn't match the hype at all. For a place that markets itself as a go-to celebration spot, it missed the mark. We went to dinner here last night, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly hot it was inside the restaurant. It was uncomfortably warm throughout the entire meal. Our server, Brenda, assured us the air conditioning was working, but based on how it felt, we found that hard to believe. We've visited this location several times, including during the summer, and it has never been this hot. Even the restroom felt like a sauna--no exaggeration. The food was just okay at best. One person in our party ordered the elote, and all four of us agreed it tasted burnt and lacked seasoning. The drinks were by far the biggest disappointment. We all ordered the soft-serve margaritas, and they tasted more like sherbet than margaritas. We genuinely questioned whether any alcohol had been added. This was my fourth time trying a soft-serve margarita at different restaurants, so I have others to compare it to, and this one ranked last. Wanting something with an actual tequila flavor, two of us ordered the "Tequila Me Softly." Unfortunately, it tasted like watered-down, lukewarm lime margarita mix. We sent the drinks back, but the replacements tasted as though the original drinks had simply been topped off with a splash of tequila. They were still not enjoyable, so we asked to have them removed from our bill. To make matters worse, none of our beverages--including our water--were served cold. The only cold drink anyone in our party received was the frozen margarita. Unfortunately, the service added to our disappointment. Brenda was pleasant, but she was not a very attentive listener. We had to remind her multiple times about items we had requested for the table before they were brought out. We've had good experiences at this location in the past, which made this visit even more disappointing. Between the excessive heat inside the restaurant, mediocre food, disappointing drinks, and inattentive service, this visit fell well below our expectations. We hope management addresses these issues because we'd like to be able to enjoy this location again. read more

There's a lot of street parking as well as lots available to park in, but this neighborhood gets quite busy during ceetain hours. I was able to get a spot right outside and noted the payment is required after 6pm. Going in, you have the option of inside, patio, and rooftop. There's plenty of seating to go around and this place is great for larger groups. Came here for happy hour and the Taco Tuesday special (2 tacos and a shot of tequila for 8 dollars). The happy hour menu is available on their website and has a good amount of items. Happy hour is half off select apps. The Cameron en Agua Chile was our favorite and it has a nice kick of spicy to it. The empanadas were passable, but probably would not get these again. The queso in molcauete bowl was quite tasty. The Tuesday special were street tacos. These are good portions have have a decent amount of meat in them. The meat isnt super juicy, but it's not dry either. Definitely add some salsa though. The tequila shot was decent. We also got the $6 Vidorrita, which was pretty yummy margarita. I liked this spot and would definitely come back. The rooftop is a nice vibe, and the patio also looked chill. The rooftop is a great space for large gatherings we rented out and had a buffet style dinner.. It was fresh and it was delicious and very, very plentiful . Fresh guacamole, fresh taquitos, fresh quesadillas, tacos, rice and beans so many dishes. It was delightful and so flavorful everyone agreed it was very good.
