Tasty onion rings & DUI fries! The carne asada was delicious.
Esther C.

We come for the BOGO free burgers but always get the onion rings / fried zucchini sticks / DUI fries as well. The drive-thru line is usually long for dinner (a good sign) so we just order inside. The wait for food usually takes 10-15 minutes and service is friendly!

Burned Food Really disappointed. Got home just now and the nuggets for my kid are burned. Hey Victory Diner, kids meals are for kids so please give a care when you make them.

Breakfast Burrito with vegan chorizo.

Easy to park.Friendly staff, delicious food, with many vegan options. Also got a Horchata Latte and it was also 10/10. This café will be my new go-to when in town.

It's my third visit here, and honestly, every time we're in the area, we make it a point to stop by for their burritos. I usually go for the carne asada burrito--it's consistently flavorful and satisfying. Service has always been great, and the ambiance is pretty casual, similar to a fast-food spot--nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a quick bite. This time, I decided to switch things up and tried the tuna melt and the gyro wrap. Both were surprisingly delicious and definitely worth ordering again. It's nice to know they do more than just burritos well!

You know it's a chill place with them letting us walk through the drive through

Giving them a big shout out. We needed something open late after 2 AM. One of the few things you can find around and the menu that's crazy. You could order everything for breakfast to hotdog to burgers fries whatever your heart's feeling you can order. Guy took care of us even helped us customize our drinks. We thought the dining room was open, but it wasn't. So we walked around to the menu at the drive-through to look at it and he offered us to go ahead and walk on through instead of having to pull our car up. Grabbed a breakfast burrito with bacon. Loved it maybe this salsa would be my one down point. My friends picked up French toast, which they said was excellent and her hot dog for a good mix which they also enjoyed.

Fried chicken with fries, rings, and rolls.

I ordered the fried chicken for lunch before going to work. It's four pieces with fries, onion rings, rolls, and a salad. The salad came first, and it was good sized. The hot items came later. This was a really good meal for the price. The only problem was the chicken was overcooked. The service was great. I liked all the photos of war planes, and the one hanging from the ceiling.

Victory Diner is located off Main St and W Culver Ave in Orange within walking distance of CHOC - Orange and St. Joseph's Hospital. Looks like a WWII themed diner with a really cool model airplane hanging from the ceiling, model ship, and old warplane pictures on the upper sun room windows. They serve up a combo of American and mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The diner's clean and the staff is friendly with smiles. You can order from a kiosk, at the counter, or drive-thru. They have a couple banks of soda fountains with Coke products and Pibb Xtra as well as a couple sets each of regular and decaf coffee. The breakfast burrito was good size and tasted good too. Didn't take very long for it to be made and was delivered right to my table. Looking at others food being delivered, the portion sizes seem to be on the medium to larger side, they don't skimp here. Lastly, my final observations, they still have covid glass still up between tables which I'm assuming are for germs and stuff, but they allowed a street vendor to go from table to table trying to sell stuff, putting her bag and merch on customers tables . Also, the staff seemed to know her since they were talking to her and allowed it. Just an observation during my visit, that's all. All in all, foods good, oh and it's very reasonable too!!

Dinner time. This place is a hit. They have variety. Quality, and flavor. I came here around 8pm in the evening. Was not crowded until I sat down. I'm like a magnet for customers , because as soon as I walked in, there was a Line behind me. Chills sweet vibes. Today I ordered the chicken pita with sourdough bread. The side portions are big which is awesome. I left satisfied and happy. I love the many choices of food. The staff are friendly and you can even order on the kiosk and they have a drive thru. What else could you ask for in regard to that huh? I'm a frequent flyer here. Food always good. Spacious , a lot of seating and great friendly staff. Clean and fast.

Wet burrito - asada with red sauce
M S.

Randomly decided to come here one afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. It's a no frills style diner. You order up front at the counter or kiosk and then an employee will bring your food to your table. I ordered the wet burrito with asada and red sauce. It was pretty good and the portion was huge! I'd come here again.

Chicken Tenders & Fries
Gabriel M.

We got chicken tenders and fries, and clam chowder. I can definitely say they were delicious for their price but the fries threw me off . Nevertheless, I will be back for the clam chowder and tenders because it hit! The service was amazing and attentive but didn't see the inside as we ate in the car because it was a late night haha.

I ordered their Topa Topa Burger, Okonami fries and a Dr Pepper to drink. We sat outside on the patio since it was a nice evening at the time. All our food came out pretty quickly and around the same time as we had ordered one after the other. My burger was delicious! All their burgers here are made from wagyu meat. Mine came with sliced avocado (pretty much half of an avocado) which was ripe, smooth and creamy. It also came with crunchy onion strings and their special Topa Topa sauce and of course some kewpie mayo and shredded cabbage. The cabbage was super crunchy and fresh. The buns were super soft and toasted perfectly. The fries were alright. The Okonamiyaki style was unique and the toppings were tasty. My Dr Pepper was a little too sweet, maybe it was more syrup than carbonated water. Overall the burgers here were great! I also got an order for my boyfriend later that night. Ordering to go was super easy. My boyfriend devoured his Spicy Miso burger. Service here was great as well. Would come back for the burgers!

We recently dropped in to celebrate a friend's birthday with an early dinner. We sat outside since the weather was nice. There were a few tables spread out along the sidewalk. It's also a great spot to enjoy a drink or two. The menu has a lot to offer. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious. The grilled chicken was bigger than the soft brioche bun, juicy, and cooked perfectly. It also included a mini serving of their famous potato salad. I will have to get a full serving next time! My friends also enjoyed the Wyatt Earp burger and the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, and we shared sides like the Rosemary Herb Fries, Garlic Cheesy Bites, and Onion Rings. Everything was on point. The dessert menu looked tempting too, but we held off until our next visit. The wait staff was kind and attentive. The interior looked spacious, with plenty of seating and rustic styling. Plenty of parking is nearby, from street parking to lots, all within walking distance. It's a nice area to walk around and take in the old-school architecture and small businesses.

From the moment I sat down, Carly made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job making sure I had everything I needed without making me feel rushed. My drinks were great, my food came out exactly as ordered, and she consistently checked in to make sure nothing was missing. What impressed me most was how busy she was. She was constantly moving, cleaning, helping other guests, and managing the bar, yet she never made me feel like I was forgotten. She found that perfect balance between providing great service and giving me the space I needed to focus on work. Bosscat is already one of my favorite spots because of the atmosphere. If you're looking to get away from the office, grab a good meal, enjoy great drinks, get some work done, or just unwind, this is a fantastic place to do it. As someone who's constantly on the go and doesn't have a traditional office, I appreciate finding places where I can be productive while still enjoying myself. I also noticed that the entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which says a lot about the culture. The manager was friendly and welcoming to both employees and guests. Hearing staff speak positively about management is rare, and I think that positive environment reflects directly in how customers are treated. Thank you, Carly, for the great service and for making a busy afternoon enjoyable. I'll definitely be back.

Will I ever come here for work time lunch myself? No. The portions are just too small. Would I come here for dinner? Probably. Would I pick this place for a company meal with a corporate credit card in pocket? Absolutely.
