When we arrived, it was in the counter waiting for me. They carried it to my car and told me if I had any questions with programming, just give them a call. It was well worth the drive from Stockton to Rancho Cordova to find a place that cares about their customers and takes time to answer all your questions. The pump was also $150 less than the major pool place in Stockton, where I hate to go. Callen's has earned my business and we will be back. Thanks Scott and staff. We appreciate you!!

Previously managing my own chemicals and cleaning, the cost of a pool cleaning and chemical service was a major concern to add into my budget. John worked with me to provide a plan that allowed me to still do maintenance on my filters if time permits, which has been a great balance for me. Having two kids somehow took up my time to maintain the pool, and Pool Heroes has been there to make sure the pool is ready to swim at a price that I could afford - with an option for me to keep doing the semi-annual service that I am happy to do my own (filters).

That said, it was always a challenge to get them to use salt instead of chlorine when they would adjust chemicals and clean my pool. No matter how many times I asked, they would forget and continue to use chlorine, which unfortunately was too harsh on my toddler's skin. I made multiple calls about this and reminded the technicians multiple times about this, but I would still get a new technician every six to nine months, and I had to start all over again. The two straws that broke the camel's back were: 1. A 30% increase in monthly pricing 2. A new technician explaining that the reason they can't add salt is because it slows down his route I switched over to Ralphie's Pool Service and am already much, much happier. Ralphie's pricing is significantly less expensive, they bring their own pool salt, and they don't even charge you for the salt.
