Came back 10 minutes later and said it would be right out. 10 minutes later, still no food. We went in to talk to the manager and all she had to say was "if you had told us sooner we could have given you free drinks" as if we knew the food was going to take over an hour and a half. At this point our server is still dilly dallying, hanging out by the soda machine. One of her tables also waited an hour for their food and she rang in the wrong order for them and the lady took it anyway because she didn't want to be there any longer. I walked in and there is a menu on a board that you have to read to figure out what you want. There was a group of 6 teens in front of the board so you can't see anything until you are in front of it yourself. Half of them went to order while the others continued to stand in front of the board. After a couple minutes, the one group came back to the board and they were now all in front of it again. I finally went and asked the cashier if there was another menu we could look at and he looked at me and said they only had the board. As the teens were not any closer to moving away from the menu, we left. I'm sorry, but how much could it possibly cost them to have a couple of laminated menus for people to look at while they wait. It might sound petty but I feel that it is a stupid way of running a business. Ordering would definitely go a lot faster and smoother if people had something to look at while waiting in line.
