When it was time to restart the pool I contacted my previous pool service company to start back up (I had been using them for the past 3 years since I purchased the home) and they told me sorry but they are not accepting any new clients. After getting over my disappointment- I contacted several pool companies. Either they never returned my calls or gave me quotes for service that were insane. I had so many questions on how to restart the pool correctly, how to make sure the equipment was running correctly - I was stressed and frustrated trying to figure out what to do. A neighbor recommended Prestige and I called them and left a message. Within an hour they called me back - unfortunately I was at work and couldn't answer their phone call. Keith ended up stopping by my house and speaking to my wife. He said they would be back on Monday to help with the pool start up. A few days later DeyDey called me on a Sunday to follow up with me. DeyDey stopped by on Monday and helped get the pool up and running. He found a few pipes that had been cracked during the construction and either pointed them out to the contractor to fix or fixed them himself. He also gave us a very competitive and reasonable price on adding solar heating to our pool - which we took him up on. Since DeyDey has found and fixed some other issues either pool that the contractor caused. He's gone above and beyond what I could ask for in a pool service company. Thank you! During construction unforeseen issues alway come up. Ours included needed new wiring and lights for our pool - wires were corroded when it was opened up. Our contractor brought in his own pool guy that he worked with. He seemed knowledgeable and we had the wires completed by an electrician and he was going to order lights. Weeks turned into months and I never heard from him. I basically had to chase him down to get answers to the lights. He told be due to Covid the lights were back ordered and should be in soon. After another month and not hearing back I chased him down and now he tells me the lights are discontinued.

I had two other contractors give me quotes and state that no modifications are needed. Jason at Aquapro admitted that this is how they make money on customers that the home warranty sends them. They add vague "modifications" that aren't covered to the work-order when nothing actually needs to be modified so they can charge out of pocket charges. I told my home warranty and provided proof from the other quotes I received. Both Aquapro and First American Home Warranty are cheating their customers.

I finally terminated my service because I informed Michele (the owner's wife) that I was having a big party for my grand-daughter's soccer team with about 30 people, and I wanted to make sure the pool was cleaned correctly. Not only was not cleaned to their previous standard but the variable pump's filter basket was not cleaned.

Over the years, they've replaced outdated equipment, and helped get my pool up to its peak performance. What I liked most is that they come on the same day at the same time each week like clockwork, and alert me via text. With other vendors, it was a guess whether the pool was serviced or not. Finally, it was so reassuring when I went to sell my house this spring, the pool passed inspections with flying colors. Thanks, Michele and Mike for many years of terrific service.

They helped care for my 88 year-old mom's pool and she was very particular about who worked on her home. Wesley & the team handled everything with so much patience, kindness, a great sense of humor, and respect. He earned her trust by consistently doing outstanding work, and just being an understanding and kind human. What I appreciated most about Wesley was his honesty and integrity. From the beginning, he was upfront that sometimes a company and a customer just aren't the right fit, and that he also has a business and his employees to protect. I respected that because he wasn't just telling us what we wanted to hear. Instead, he worked with us every step of the way to make sure it was the right fit, and he absolutely delivered. We had actually been over-treating the pool ourselves, and it had gotten out of balance. The Pool Whip Pros team quickly identified the problem, got everything back on track, and had the pool looking beautiful again. Their extensive knowledge and expertise were obvious. Beyond the excellent pool care, they were always responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It's rare to find a company that's both incredibly skilled and made up of such good people. Thank you, Wesley, Paulina, and the entire Pool Whip Pros team. You made a stressful situation so much easier for our family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pool service. Thanks for everything!!!
