We choose Adam's micro pebble finish as the incremental cost of pebble over plaster was minimal, and Quality offered a 15 year warranty on the pebble finish. In fact, Quality used Adams Pool Solutions to shoot the pebble. All questions were quickly answered over the phone, text or in person by either Chris or Nino. Also, no payment advances were asked upfront. They only asked for payments after completing each section of work. We were also undecided on the pebble color, and Quality gave us time until the day before shooting the pebble to make our final decision. The reviews seemed good and I was prepared to be a little persistent as some reviews indicated. I was pleasantly surprised with what followed. Mark returned my call the next day and I found them very transparent about their fees and what is covered and what is additional in their various service plans. They also wanted to know about the equipment I had and asked me to send pictures, which I did. The day I sent pictures, Steve stopped by to check out the pool and the equipment and answer any of our other questions. We found that 2 other people on our court were already their customers even though we are 10 miles from their business. He could hear the stress in my voice and offered to come over, outside of business hours, to put our minds at ease. When he showed up, he was kind, prepared, informative, respectful, and reassuring. Not only did he address our current concern, he brought something else to our attention that needed service. We paid over $500 for a pool inspection and the inspector didn't indicate that this unexpected expense would be in our future. Not only did he express concern, he was able to back his claims. He said our pool filter cartridges needed to be replaced and we asked "how do you know?" He said the filtration system has a louder than normal, high pitched sound, that will go away when the cartridges are replaced. My husband and I were like ehhhh and he offered to show us. In his regular clothes, he manually opened the filter and pulled out one of the cartridges. They were filthy! Discolored and beyond their usable age. He said he could be back in two days to replace them. We decided to hire him for the job. He was prompt, swift, and did not try to upsell us on a high end filter that has the same lifespan as the generic ones. I asked him about other repairs that may be needed and he simply said "these are all nonissues, just relax and enjoy your pool." We appreciate his honesty, kindness, and willingness to bring issues to our attention that we would have otherwise not been privy too. I 1000000% recommend him for pool repairs. He's such a nice, honest guy to work with!
