There is a police report to prove this. In addition, after him berating and being abusive with his customer, the Verizon staff now has people leaving false positive reviews. There is a police report that proves Carlos weaponized the police and falsely reported an assault. Also, I'd advise Verizon security to investigate extra charges for customers because a $10 charge could not be verified. Even through Verizon corporate.

I attempted to call the store on more than 7 different occasions at different times throughout the day and days, and no one ever answered the phone. They kept my computer for months, repeatedly telling me they "hadn't had time" to work on it, while constantly giving me different stories and excuses. At this point, I am starting to believe this company operates like a scam. What is especially concerning is how closely my experience matches many other one-star reviews. In particular, the review from October 10, 2024 describes almost the exact same situation I went through. Now they claim they "recycled" my computer after giving me three different explanations about what happened to it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

If she would have bought the phone through wireless zone she would have received the same service. She needed to go to a Verizon store to receive free service. They make their money by selling phones and the service goes with it. So Carole should retract her response and think twice before criticizing a terrific store such as this. I do not know the owners personally and no affiliation with the store. I am a small business owner and annoyed at people when they don't understand the process.

I was very upset not because I didn't want to get out of my car, but because I was already experiencing some back trouble and simply didn't want to have to explain my situation. However, I needed my order, so I went inside and asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because I was excited to visit this dispensary. Management needs to do a better job of training staff and, more importantly, having managers who understand how to communicate with customers and show a little compassion. Sometimes we forget why cannabis was legalized in the first place for people who genuinely need it. A little understanding and compassion would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like moving a short line through the drive thru was more important than treating a customer with basic courtesy and understanding. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because I expected much better from this dispensary.
