I was told I made a "dumb" move (behind my back) by the store manager because I need a new phone and I, nor my daughter no longer qualified for any discounts. The associate who reluctantly took "care" of us even compared my credit to my daughter's to which I was embarrassed and quite offended. Long story short, we were made to feel incompetent from advice given to us by one of them. All store employees were rude and obviously very comfortable displaying this kind of behavior. So, I will be doing more transactions online because people suck, especially the staff at this location and I will not ever step foot this establishment. I said what's the catch and the young lady who attended us told us we just pay the taxes. We walked out with a video camera , an iPad and the iPhone we needed. Turns out they charged me 450 for the iPad and 250 for the camera which I'm still making monthly payments for a year later. We paid about 300 in taxes that day too. So we got suckered. There was nothing free about it and I didn't even want those items we just needed a phone. Soon as I'm done with payments I'm leaving to another company.
