I arrived at the store and was so rudely treated that I was left speechless! I wanted a brand new release, and pay in full right there. Shame on you for the most horrible customer care ever! Watch out for a Scruffy dude with a bad attitude! He should be fired!

I went…read moreto this location this past Saturday, April 8th to release my daughter from my plan so she could get her own phone plan. After being told I had to call to transfer responsibility to her by a store employee. I was told I made a "dumb" move (behind my back) by the store manager because I need a new phone and I, nor my daughter no longer qualified for any discounts. The associate who reluctantly took "care" of us even compared my credit to my daughter's to which I was embarrassed and quite offended. Long story short, we were made to feel incompetent from advice given to us by one of them. All store employees were rude and obviously very comfortable displaying this kind of behavior. So, I will be doing more transactions online because people suck, especially the staff at this location and I will not ever step foot this establishment. Tired of racist/misogynistic behavior in these places.

Walking into this store was a huge mistake that I'm still paying for a year later. We went in for a…read morenew phone and we got offered 2 free iPads!! I said what's the catch and the young lady who attended us told us we just pay the taxes. We walked out with a video camera , an iPad and the iPhone we needed. Turns out they charged me 450 for the iPad and 250 for the camera which I'm still making monthly payments for a year later. We paid about 300 in taxes that day too. So we got suckered. There was nothing free about it and I didn't even want those items we just needed a phone. Soon as I'm done with payments I'm leaving to another company.

Hables Espanol of course. They tried a couple cases on Mr home for me. Then when I chose one the guy put on the screen protector (ever do that? Its really hard to do perfectly). You don't get this kind of service at Best Buy ;-) I'll probably never crack the screen with the screen protector and heavy-duty case but I would totally trust them to fix it. Been there before with previous phone and also walked away happy. Top shelf place.

I went back the following day and the guy had the audacity to ask me "did you get your phone repaired here?" I understand that it was a long shot to get them to repair it for free, so I thought it was fair to be charged half. They still wanted to charge me the full price. After 2 days of back and forth(mostly because the person who repairs the phone has to be dialed up like a drug dealer to see if he's available), they charged me $60. After they repaired it they tried to blame the shoddy job on a issue with my battery. I recommend anyone with a crack screen to go elsewhere in the neighborhood that doesn't have such shady business practices.
