I took pictures all morning and the entire month with the cracked lens and NO smudge on my camera. If there was a smudge, I would've immediately got it taken care of quick. We argued back and forth, basically I paid for the cracked lens and I will have to PAY AGAIN $150 to get the camera part fixed. This SMUDGE was created by their employee when he was working on my lens. I asked if they can just redo it, clean it up or check. NOPE. $150 new camera or zoom in to .9x every time to avoid the smudge (JOKE) or go somewhere else. No accountability and it was either pay to get fix or leave. They blamed ME for having the smudge me. Please check other places first and see their options/process. Also please read negative reviews first as well. SO furious and scam artists. "Bring car in to change the oil and now gotta get a new engine". The manager, dirt bag DGAF. Don't get fooled. 100% scam. Same owners, two stores. I tried to work with them, I just want my camera to be fixed with no smudge, not even 50/50 or showing any decent customer service. The guy who was working on my phone accidentally took a picture of himself with NO smudge and then after there's a smudge.

I got a few quotes from near by places but they seemed astronomically high and all I wanted was a simple screen repair, especially because I was leaving to Europe in a couple of days. I put out project request via Yelp and that's when I came across Trufyx - and to be quite honest, I'm really happy I did. Their price was fair for the model of my phone. They came to my apartment and had one of their representatives take my phone and fixed it in under 15 minutes, and I had my phone back good as new. My only feedback is the screen used isn't an Apple screen so I did get a notification stating "this device was repaired not using an Apple product" but I didn't particularly care for that because I know I could have gone to Apple for their repair services but the price didn't align with my budget.

12/28/18 I brought my apple watch series 1 to this store for an LCD screen repair. Before I drop…read moreoff the watch, I showed Arsen the watch. We examined it to see if it be could be repaired. We tested out the touch screen (both soft and hard touch), it was still working 98%. It was a little slow. My watch was in his shop for 2 weeks. Arsen called me 1/4/19 to tell me there was a delay in the shipping. He called 1/8/19 to tell me they tried to replaced the screen twice and the motherboard would freeze. Going back to when I dropped it off. It was slow NOT freezing. He says to get the motherboard fix it would basically cost the price of getting a new watch. I said that's not an option. He says he will charge me $45 for the labor. I said, ok can I pick it up today(1/8/19). He said well we're still working on it. I'm thinking to myself Idk, anything about a motherboard. So what exactly are you working on? I brought my watch in 12/28/18. I get it, the holidays were around so a small delay in pick up. I called today (1/13/19)to pick up the watch. My watch is completely dead, lucky I have my charger to see exactly what's going on, but I'm already irritated because its taking a while to turn on. I pay Arsen $45 he hands me my watch and the screen is literally falling out. I said, "when I came in my screen was not falling out like that". You have to melt the adhesive and pry open the edges for it to lift. Please fix it how it was when i came in. He said, it was like that remember? No I dont sir I dont, and you know that. He said I will put some reinforcement on it to hold it in place. I said, please. Ok. I'm very soft spoken and respectful. So I appreciate the professionalism in handling my device to be handled with care. I said my watch broke last year. Yes, 2018.. a few months ago and it was very functional. I know the screen was cracked, but the handling of my device was just poor and distasteful. I didn't need two weeks for you to tell me it wasn't possible to fix. It looked the same when I gave it to you. You fix apples watches. I know you came across a cracked screen before. You could have easily said, this can not be fixed without changing the motherboard. It was such a waste of my time and I shelled out $45 just for you to basically insinuate that you "tried to fix it". Service not rendered. Make sure you know how your device functions before and after in any repair shop. Also, make sure they clarify what they CAN & CANNOT do, before you waste your time. Its like deep down he knew it couldn't have been fixed. I'm so sad. The screen won't stay in place. I legit want to cry. He knows and I know that it was NOT like that. So i cant use it‍. Side bar: At first he tried to charge me $150, but "forgot" he quoted me $100 over the phone. Then he said, oh.. ok. I remember. In general, I like to confirm quotes to make sure it's consistent when I arrive in person.

I have been going to Eric for Repairs at 2 prior locations and I think highly of him. This time I went on 2/28/25 to fix an iphone X whose screen was "ghosting" due to a prior fiz I had while out of town a few months prior. Eric is reliable and communicative, and will not make a fix unless he lets you know the exact cost up front, and he uses good parts, and out of 2prior fixes in the last 13 years I never had a problem with those phones, and they still operate today I just upgraded models. One was an older android, and one was an iphone 5S! Although my initials are the same as the company, I have no affiliation with them, but I do recommend them, but because when I tried to find them the only listing they had was for the older address and he hasnt been on Chrstie street in 10 years at least. He is located in a pharmacy, and the sign is outside, but his work is fast, and he is courteous and efficient. Once their was a phone he could not fix as it was determined to be a motherboard pronlem and he did not charge me anything. For this job I give him ***** (5 Stars)***** and I am a hard, but loyal consumer so coming from me that is quality.

It cost 100+ to get my samsung fixed (took 3 days) and it broke again in a month. It would not power on. I went to the store again and the same staff recognized me. He tried to figure out what was wrong and in the end said "he isn't sure now but if I leave my phone there, he will fix it". I asked if this was complimentary as it was the same issue he "fixed" a month ago, and he said no he will be charging me 100ish. 100ish AGAIN, for an issue that is the same (phone not powering on, screen is black, just fixed it a MONTH ago!), no thank you. The other issue was the samsung sim card slot that he "fixed". The staff pulled it out and broke the slot and charged me 20. However, on my samsung phone, you have to press the simcard and it pops out. So he removed it wrong, broke it, then charged me 20. My friends had good experiences with fixing broken screens or something simple, but if you have TECHNICAL issues do not come here! I am sad that I had such a bad experience and I regret spending so much money. TLDR: 1. got my phone fixed (phone was not turning on), broke after a month (phone not turning on again), wanted to charge me again 2. took out my simcard the wrong way, broke the slot, charged me
