To this day, I still have issues where my touch screen stops working. I've gotten used to quickly pressing the power button off and on, for everything to work again. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. So I called the store today, but it turns out the claim wasn't made because the repair technician who gave me my receipt wouldn't be back until this Wednesday.
