My computer broke on Friday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon...I'm in the business of packing and shipping and I have time limits and deadlines to get my product out by Saturday at 3 o'clock... I was absolutely in a state of panic and I called Pat from one 800 fix it in Harrison he had me bring it up there To his store at 3:30 and had my computer up and running by the morning for me ... I am beyond happy I am beyond satisfied, and I was able to get all my orders out by Saturday afternoon. He had his very talented staff of Sammy and Jojo Get my computer up and running.... Edited my review - the facial recognition doesn't work on the phone, I called back to ask why and was told they could not fix it (it wasnt broken when I dropped the phone off) This wasn't flagged to me, they should have recommended a new phone... but instead wanted to charge me as much as possible. Now they will not move my software to a different phone so I will need to buy a new phone anyway. Watch out + beware!!! My phone works great, but a few red flags: 1. I was asked to give my passcode when I left the phone, I politely said I would unlock the phone on my return and check everything worked, I then got a phone call 30 mins later asked for my passcode, and was told when I returned they thought it was strange I wouldn't give it to them (passcode to my phone with all my bank cards on , personal family photos and messages ??! ) 2. I was quoted $240 for the fixes, when I returned they asked me for $379 claiming a lot of new parts... they had instead re-houses my phone software in a second hand unit. For comparison the second hand unit is around $180 to buy. The parts off amazon (front and back glass to be fixed = $40). After pushing back, they eventually settled on a price of $261, genuinely though I only think conceded as a police office walked in and was stood next to me. They seem like great guys, but Red flags galore! read more

My computer got water damage while I was on a trip back home and I happened to walk by this store and see that they did computer repair. After going to Apple and them telling me that it would cost me $1000, I decided to try my luck at this store. They offered to fix my laptop or at least dry it out and see how much damage was done for $300. They were able to dry out my laptop because I brought to them the day after it happened. My laptop has been working fine so far and I've had it for about a month since they were able to dry out whatever water was left in there. So glad it's working back to normal! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I brought my phone to here for a repair on August 1 2020 to replace the back glass on my iPhone XS Max for $175. Pat(the owner) ordered the part a week prior to ensure he had it at the time of installation, as I work full time & have limited availability in my schedule & it is not convenient as I live in Yonkers. I scheduled August 1. Get a call August 1 that they received the wrong color for the back. I went ahead with the repair anyway b/c I desperately needed it & didn't have any other time to get this done. Pat gave me a loner phone for the day & I left my phone around 11am. He had to use the laser to remove the old glass & then reinstall the new. I picked it up at 4:30pm, powered it on & it seemed OK. He asked to make sure I refer him. I leave, made a call. 5 minutes in my phone restarts itself. Thought it was just a glitch until it happened again. Turned around, went back, had them look at it. Marc (his tech who only started FEB/MAR 2020) opened the phone & tried various different test with no luck. Pat showed me the back of a phone and there's a metal bracket and claims couldn't have been damage. He assured he would figure out the issue. After about 1 hour his resolution was shut off phone overnight & see if it still occurs. I went home with my broken phone. Tried to back it up, which needed more than the 5 minutes to do so I was out of luck there. As you can probably guess, leaving the phone off overnight did nothing. So here I am on Sunday with no fix & no phone. Doing my own research, determined it was the charge port. Talked to Pat, expressed my disappointment. Dropped my phone off across the street at Verizon store so he could work on it on Monday morning. Monday came and went. He said he could not source the part until Tuesday morning at 11am. So now day 3 without my phone, got the part, replaced it & called me to tell me they did it just in time before the Hurricane Isaiah hit & their store lost power. My phone was running & I was able to pick it up from Pat at his home as his store closed early due to no power. He made sure to ask me to refer him for his services. When I got home & started using it, seemed fine, didn't restart, but realized the bottom speaker was not working & only the top was. I texted Pat to let him know, he said he had no power & was working in the dark to get it done (BUT REMEMBER HE TOLD ME HE HAD IT WORKING JUST IN TIME..) but assured me that he would do his best to fix it. Following day he texted me claims MARC tested the loud speaker, earpiece, cameras etc. I scheduled to go Monday Aug 10 to fix the bottom speaker, went, he replaced the charge port again & everything seemed OK. He made sure to mention to refer him after I verify that everything works properly. DON'T WORRY PAT MY REFERRAL IS COMING UP SOON.. Today is now Aug 21. I have been told over the last week no one can't hear me well & sound muffled, no matter if I am on speaker or to their ear. I also have experienced numerous call drops since in areas I have never lost service before. I looked up what else is on the bottom of the iPhone that could have got damaged by the laser, the antenna and mic. Reached out to Pat, said I wanted to take my phone elsewhere to repair as it is an inconvenience & he has had multiple opportunities to fix this & would like a refund what it will cost to repair, which is $80 to replace all parts that were exposed on the bottom of the phone to the laser that are damaged. He refused & said its been two weeks, if I want to bring it to him he would fix the phone, & stood by his work. SO HERE IS MY LOG AWAITED REFERRAL PAT. DO NOT go here to fix your phone. I would never recommend to anyone to fix any device here. What an inconvenience it has been SINCE DAY 1 & still is. I am going elsewhere to fix the remaining issues at h& "that I" have with my phone due to the "phone repair" of "1800FIX". More like 1800BREAK! read more

Completely impossible and horrible customer service. When I got my iPhone 8 Plus, I called around for a glass screen protector. 1800Fix had one for the same price as apple and Verizon and I wanted to support the local business in my town and bought it there. They put the protector on for me. After 1 month of it on my phone, the top started to let loose as you can see in the photo. I had a glass protector on my iPhone 7 Plus for over year and this never happened, even after dropping it multiple times. I went into the store and showed him the phone and expressed my disappointment with it. He tried telling me it was scuffed and water droplets got underneath it. I asked him if he'd help me out since I spent $40 and it looks horrible after less than 3 months and he said that he'd give me a discount but wouldn't replace it, blaming the issue on me. Went there to get my phone screen fixed due to lots of cracks in it but working totally fine.... got the new screen and a month later the screen stopped working and I couldn't touch any buttons on my iPhone... had to pay for an entire new screen and now my color image is terrible and dull, And not as it's original state when the colors on screen were vibrant and clear .. on the side on the screen there is some mark that looks likes paint is chipping away .. cheap screen !!!!!....the man was no help blamed me that the screen didn't working because I "damaged it" ... and just a used car salesman that only wants to make money and not fix your phone !!!!
