Dealer was friendly and helpful. But purchased Simple Mobile Service: Our experience..... Simple Mobile -HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!.... Would give 0 stars if possible. Went to a "registered dealer" - Wireless concepts in Mamaroncek NY. Was charged $45.00 for activation fee and Sim card plus the plan amount. We asked to keep our exisiting phone #. They sad no problem, he said to go online and we could do the transfer. We went home, the dealer had activated the card and Simple Mobile said they could not transfer our number!!! After hours of trying they said to go back to the dealer and get a full refund. Which we did and of course the dealer refused saying he could not accept the sim and tried to do the transfer and was not possible, according to him because Simple Mobile would not cooperate! We than called Simple Mobile again and said they could not compensate us in any manner, because we purchased from one of their dealers and not from the site!! So, now we are out of our money and my husband had to buy from another company in order to keep his new number and frustration dealing w/Simple Mobile! Customer Service puts you on hold for long periods of time and after hearing you they always say they need to speak to their "manager/supervisor" who after holding for a long time always says nothing can be done. The kicker here is I initially asked to speak to the manager and she then had to speak to her "manager" REALLY!!!! read more

I'm serious that I was told that by apple that my phone is not gonna be able to wake up I cannot get my data from my old phone to the new phone and I was told that you can go to a third party and see if they can do and I was telling my neighbor who lives just across and they told me that they have used this place called wireless concepts and I was scared to come in because I don't wanna waste time and money I came in and told them what happened what happened told me they said they're gonna try it if they can't do it they will charge me $35 only I guess what I am so happy I have my mother and my grandmother's old pictures which I recovered I wanted to put in my new phone and I wanted to have all the text messages she hadn't sent me and I was able to get it and was so happy the guy was just extra nice he took like a couple hours but he got back to me and he got me all my data all that thing recovered not only that the best part is he fixed the phone that apple originally said that cannot I'll be done so I give it to my daughter on a like a $20 plan which I cannot go wrong I'm just totally amazed I figure I wondered a way till everything was working and it's over 45 days now it has been working so I am shocked but I am very happy read more

We were recommended to this place by our neighbors and went there to buy new iPhone with our existing phone services. We had explained them that since we had gotten our old phone repaired at a place in Yonkers it has bot worked the same and giving us only 1 hrs in battery life so the owner was nice enough to first offers that he can fix the phone no need to purchase the new phone which was better option for us then spending hundreds of $$ for new phone. I was shopping for a place to fix my iPhone and wanted a second phone so my younger daughter turned 8 yesterday. So for just a piece of mind when she is school ,I cam to this place they were very honest about fixing this 6 Years old iPhone. They were very fare and also got me a plan as low as $20 so she can call us or text if needed. Happy I went there brought my phone that originally I went to another store. They said they cannot be fixed. I waited here for hour and I got it done and not only is works fine and also it looks like a I got a better screen than what are used was broken. I'm happy I came here and the guy was very nice and courteous. He asked me if it doesn't work. They won't charge me the whole price of the phone but they gave me a great deal. I like going to this place for repair . We have 9 iPhone in our family and my kids are always dropping the phone and breaking them and Wireless store technician has been always wonderful helping me in solving my issues. I am sure I have been going there a lot but they have been dealing with me and taking care of my issues very dearly. Which I appreciate for there commendable job well done !! I wrote an honest bad review, but it seems it was deleted. This store is run by a guy called Rick. He is no good. I went to the store to reinstate my metro-by T-Mobile account and to have my account paid automatically by a credit card. Rick requested $35 in cash because he claimed to have problems with credit cards. When My credit card statement came, I discovered that Rick pocketed the $35 cash. I went to him, but said he took nothing from me. I changed my phone service to another company at half the price. read more

Hell of a great experience working with this store get a plan also getting my phone repaired.,I had dropped my phone in the toilet just for a minute and then when I tutti on it was blinking!
