I went to this store and their price to replace the screen was about 30% less. Joseph was very pleasant and he said that the computer would be ready by 2PM the next day. In the early afternoon the next day, I received a text saying the laptop was ready. When I picked it up, I asked if he could replace by Iphone 12 battery for a little less than Apple would have charged me. He did it while i waited. Not only did he replace it, but he cleaned my phone case as well. Great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Unfortunately, the iPad has never worked the same since. It goes dark automatically/randomly for a second and I have to wiggle it to get it to turn back on. I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.
