Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? On top of that, the guy I spoke to the second time offered to have the guy from call #1 contact me as he was the one running point on all this of this and of course I never received a call. Bunch of lying cowards at the fulfillment department of this company. Everything you dont want in a customer experience. Would never spend a dime supporting a business like this.

Joe was super helpful overall and really helped me narrow down my choices to get exactly what I wanted. Overpriced Garbage - Stay Away!!! I bought a kapota from…read morePrimo Kapota over a year ago, thinking that since their prices are extraordinarily expensive, they must offer high quality and great service. I was very, very wrong. Despite paying such a high price, the quality was absolutely terrible. The kapota ripped apart in places that I barely even touch. After just a few months, I went back to them, expecting some level of responsibility. Instead, they shrugged it off and said, "Yeah, we don't know. That's your problem." Rather than fixing it properly, they just patched over the holes. And, of course, after a few months, the patches ripped again--plus new holes appeared! When I went back again, they told me, "Yeah, this is your problem." At first, they charged me $50 to patch up two small holes. Now, for the same holes plus a new one, they suddenly want $400! (I found much better tailor Bugi who did WONDERFUL job only for $40!!!!!!) This is outrageous. These people are scammers and charlatans. They charge a premium price for a garbage product and then try to squeeze even more money out of you for useless "repairs." Stay far, far away!

The place isn't a fancy classy joint ..its a quiet laid back office/stock room ..with a shelf full of electronics that they sell. I got the NEST cam and paid and got a receipt with another healthy heartfelt handshake and was promised a guarantee incase anything doesn't meet my satisfaction to come back . Brought the product home.. unpacked it. Got the app for it..hooked it up and ITS EXCELLENT and works exactly as I expected it to. Thanks TITU for great customer service and product. Buyer beware. I bought two fans from them, one of which was missing parts, and the light kit on…read morethe other was wrong. Their business model appears to be buying Home Depot returns or something similar, resealing the boxes and selling them as new. I would imagine they do this with all of their products, so beware of anything you buy from them. The two options they gave me were (i) a partial refund, or (ii) take the fan down from my ceiling, dissasemble it, and take it from Westchester to Woodside Queens so they can "sell it to someone else." As you can imagine, neither was a good option as all I wanted were working ceiling fans. They refused to refund my money because they "had to make something on the deal." In other words, they sell defective products but won't issue a full refund unless they can make some money on it or sell it to the next unwitting customer. Even if the boxes look new and they are friendly, buyer beware. They sell defective products.
