I probably get it next time

except for one self-machine was broken, service was good. Non judgmental vibes. Cashier was nice. This location is easy to find. You won't miss it. Stationary is pricy. There's a parking lot next.

I love this area in Forest Hills but the only downfall is parking is not free. Target is located few shops down from Martha's country bakery and has a parking adjacent to their main entrance. Street parking is available which is only free after 7pm. Compared to many other Target stores this one is definitely small and has 2 floors. The first floor has the checkout area (self checkout and registers) online pick up, toys, clothes, and holiday decor. The second floor has the technology department, beauty, personal items, fresh market, and cleaning and pet supplies. I usually order stuff and pick it up here sometimes. Their in-store inventory is good as they usually have what I need. This store is not for pet supplies at all. They have a very limited stock of food, treats, and toys. I personally would never shop here for my pet as they don't have anything that I may need. But the beauty products that I need are usually always available. The store is always clean every time I have visited at least and the employees are polite as well.

This place has made themselves a target

I didn't get far when looking for a Target, if I had, perhaps it'd be renamed Farget? So this Target is located right near Kung Fu Tea which I go to on a fairly regular basis so I stopped in here on a couple of occasions when I needed one thing or another. It's a little smaller than most Targets I've been to, and a little more crazy busy. It has pretty hefty security and some suspicious looks from one of the employees, but generally it's a good convenience store type mini-Target that helps out the neighbourhood by being here even though the prices are high.

The Target on Austin street is tiny compared to other locations with limited but essential products. It's really convenient and easier to reach out to when we need something in urgent. The staff was reluctant and careless so we would rather use self checkout or sometimes give up buying when we can't find what we are looking for.

A very cool place to shop at on Austin street. This maybe one of the smaller targets, almost like a target pop up store .me and my wife stop by this target sometimes while we are on Austin street to do a little shopping. This location has a nice food section ,great snacks and frozen foods alike. They also have a nice little technology section I purchased a nice pair of headphones from over there one time.this store basically has the same stuff that a regular target has but it is only smaller. The staff was pretty decent. And the atmosphere wasn't bad .and buy this store being on Austin street, it is a plus a little target store by it self and not in a mall is pretty cool.so if you don't like the atmosphere and the hussle and bustle of the mall .this might be the place for you ,it has 2 levels up stairs is the food section. This place serves it purpose on Austin street for the community and the people just out shopping. I would definitely go back there.

5pm but no one fill up the stock

Shelves are often out of stock and no one is restocking. esp almond milk, can't find it everytime. This is a very small store, but they seems have problems to manage the stock.

The toy section here SUCKS! One half empty aisle. A lot of nothing. The rest of the store seems ok.

This Target never has anything in stock. Whatever else is available in the store, is very limited options.

When we brought it up, we were told the price had changed months ago, even though the ad was recent. The supervisor refused to adjust it, and when my husband asked if they didn't care whether we purchased, they said yes -- which felt dismissive. The staff were rude, uncompassionate, and showed no care. The supervisor name which sounds like (sh*t), I don't know how he spells it. My sister had a similar experience at another location. She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. We would have bought the sofa anyway, but we refused to deal with this level of service. In contrast, we had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Middle Village with Aggie. She was professional, attentive, and made the purchase process smooth and pleasant.

Update to this, I was contacted by multiple people regarding my situation. Thought there would be…read moresome hope to the matter. Unfortunately they tried to turn it into another discounted purchase. I just needed cushion replacements. for which they stated expired in 4 years. Although I have a 5 year warranty that is up this july. Make it make sense people, you cant make this stuff up. Please avoid this place unless you want faulty furniture and a headache in the event your items damage. It would have been nice to be told when purchasing that all coverage was a lie and nothing is covered. I guess people have to make the sell somehow.

I would love to say I had a great experience at this location however this was not the case! When…read morewe first came in we had a great encounter with the sales rep Chris we thought he was an informative individual and honest however, as we started noticing this was not the case at all, Chris was very deceitful, unethical and very UNPROFESSIONAL. It all started with our 1st delivery yes (1st) unfortunately the first sofa and loveseat we choose didn't fit through the our apt front door entrance because of this issue we had to get new ones, with our first choice of sofas we purchase a lamp and end tables. However because of the sofas that didn't fit we had to send the sofas, loveseat and end tables back. (We only stayed with our mattress and bed )upon me signing and informing Ashley furniture that everything was great we forget to send the lamp back to the warehouse when I informed the delivery guys at the time they informed me that they can't accept it since I signed off on it. (No problem) I'll just go to the sales rep and explain to him the situation right? So later that day April 26th (Saturday) we went to the store to order our new sofa and loveseat and explain to him the situation, he and another gentleman confirmed verbally and nodded that I can send the lamp back once we receive the second delivery, and that he will write a note on the delivery notice, we had to wait a whole month for our sofas since it was on back order (which we completely agreed with) so fast forward to May 31st when the 2nd delivery arrived the delivery guys informed us that they are not able to take the lamp because they were a third party company and there was no record of my sales rep CHRIS saying we can send the lamp back. I text him to informed him that the delivery drivers won't take the lamp and he's reply back was "Yea lamps are final sale no refund" I told him well the issue here is that you never informed me about this and you told me at the store that the delivery guys can take it back and his response was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, generally speaking most accessories are final sale. I am not in today, unfortunately to assist on my end. Going through the guest services is the easiest way to resolve the issue they maybe be able to grant you a credit or refund" why not tell me this at the store when I first went to see you to change the original loveseat and sofas? Why give me the run around? YOU made a good sales commissions since we spends over 10k at your store.! I honestly feel he was just only interested in his commissions and nothing else. I work in hospitality and could never imagine treating anyone like this! So now I'm out of $150. And if they didn't want to give me a refund I would have easily accepted a store credit or an exchange. And don't ever bother contacting customer service they were unable to assist me or do anything for me. It was and still is a very frustrating situation! This is by far the worst customer service I have received in my life! I never write reviews but if you come near this store or this individual don't walk but run! And to Ashley furniture corporate you as a company could do better with your customers! I will never buy from you guys again! It's the principle and honestly that I believe all customer should receive and apparently THE COMPANY DOESNT HAVE ANY! If I can give this store 0 stars I will.

My coop needs a coi and I was told it would cost me $100 for a too small job that I asked about. I needed a blind for a bathroom. I assumed there might be a fee , but not $100. Also I was made to feel stupid for even asking for such a small job. Maybe they should have looked at all the business I had given them over the years. Including spending over $4000 on my sons last 2 apartments.

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. Attached photographs taken inside the store with what's left of the "scrap metal."
