I stopped in after work to exchange the "Harper" pants that I bought online for a different size. The selection here was not that great. I ended up only finding two of the pants I originally purchased. I settled for the two and made my way over to checkout when I discovered a display of "Pixie" pants that caught my eye. This style of pant had a decent amount of colors and sizes. I ended up dropping the harpers and racked up on the pixies. Shifting through a land mine of clothes was a little disconcerting. Especially when an employee was standing next to me. I had to ask her for help instead of her offering it. They need to call the bomb squad to rectify the issues that they have. It's a total mess. So I've got this job interview coming up and Old Navy always has that business clothing section... right? Good luck trying to find that here. The way the store is set up is hella confusing and the sections are super small at that. The clearance was like one small wall tucked behind a corner, and the kids section takes up the whole back section. The new look is cool, I like that the dressing rooms are huge and right smack in the middle of the store. The checkout line looks fun with the clear blue wall and they're selling random food and trinkets now? So confuzzled about this store. New look? Cute. Merchandise? Lame. read more

Joe assisted me the moment I got into the store, front pointing out and bringing me an old navy shopping bag, suggesting the flex shorts are something I should definitely get because it's comfortable, checking if certain items were in stock or my size, stating that items can be shipped to me, and personally ringing my order up. He made my experience at this old navy very pleasant and enjoyable. The other staff were all very helpful and were either folding clothes to make sure the store was neat and tidy or helping customers. A very A+++ experience at this location. Some Hispanic/ indian/ Jamaican female clerk who work here on 3/14/2022 is very rude and has bad attitude. I picked a clothes that was marked down. Typical low end fashion, great for younger kids and adults. This location is a mess! mixed clothes everywhere! I'm not blaming the staff here, it's the people who shop here, they're like sharks in a feeding frenzy. You can find some decent deals here, if you don't mind digging through a "landfill". read more

I visit different locations and I am always pleased with the inexpensive comfortable styles associated with this franchise. I find at the Old Navy flip flops are much stronger and constructed better than the others. They usually will withstand several seasons of daily use. Old Navy frequently has sales on these flip flops sometimes just a dollar each. Old Navy changes its styles and merchandising with the seasons. I noticed that even the mannequins have been changed. HEY they don't have heads on them anymore. While shopping yesterday there was only one cashier, however I was approached by one of the representatives who indicated to me that they could take me at a separate kiosk if I was paying by card, and I was . This courtesy streamlined my shopping experience. My wife and I find Fashions here that we do not find another stores, which is why Old Navy will always be a part of our shopping circle. This place is located inside the Skyview Center. If you come on the weekend, this place can be crowded & the line to pay can be pretty long but the cashiers work pretty fast here. The stuff here is very cheap. This location isn't as messy as some other Old Navy. read more
