You can find many different things here such as Women's clothing, men's clothing, kids' clothing and even some Trendy fashion, which is a loose term with this place. I only stopped here for a few moments but from the little time I was in here I did end up buying a few things because the prices were pretty nice and the clothing I saw, I had seen in the past but did not want to spend the price on it when it was at full price so I was happy I found it here at a discounted price! A lot of the racks and shelving was disheveled so it was a little difficult to find some stuff as I was looking but it didn't stop me. The staff was decently friendly but not enough that I would approach one willingly. Overall it is a nice location to stop into if you are looking for some discounted clothing or candles or many other things.

The store was a little messy but it is the holiday season. There were lots of sales and I walked around and I was very pleased with the pick up process and the shoes I ordered.

For likely obvious reasons, it is one of the more popular stores in the area and it's conveniently next to the train station. The visual seems weird though: a number of Latin bakeries, taco carts, and various ethnic bizes and then ... Old Navy. (#1) The store is a lot bigger than it looks. There are multiple floors but incredibly low ceilings. For the most part it's clean and orderly, which is all one can ask for when it comes to retail. I've obviously shopped here out of convenience because it was the easiest place to buy something in a time crunch. I like that the men's section has its own area upstairs. Service could be better, but that's just a culmination of being ignored, and generally being slow at check out when a line is forming. I'd say these issues are the same ones that would plague any Old Navy or any mainstream retail shopping store. When in doubt, buy on sale. When there isn't a Baby Gap or Buy Buy Baby in striking distance, it's stores like Carter's that can save the day. Half of a block down from the 82nd St subway stop, this location is smack dab in the middle of the most gentrified part of Jackson Heights. Given all the strollers around the neighborhood as of late, Carter's is destined for lots of business. The weekends can be a zoo at times and it can be a tight squeeze in here with the stroller action. I've found a number of fun outfits for kiddie birthday gifts and baby showers galore. It's never too pricey here, which likely coincides with their sales. The staff is fairly friendly but can be a little pushy at times.
