BUYERS BEWARE: they only accept returns within a narrow 7-day window, you MUST have the original receipt--NO EXCEPTIONS, and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS!!--just store credit. This policy is so outdated. This further substantiates just how greedy they are!! To make matters worse, they don't even have fitting rooms, so you have to hope things fit or change in your car. I don't live nearby, so this was a hassle. Returning items is another nightmare: you're treated with suspicion, checked at the front door, and asked to leave your bags by security. They don't even give you a bag to put returned items in, treating you like a criminal for returning items because they don't fit. The clothes are cheaply made and tore when I tried them on. And to top it off, they have two stores that apparently don't communicate, so each one pushes you to the other, "HOT TOPIC" for exchanges, because one store doesn't carry much of my size when I attempted to exchange items, they have little inventory in one store, and more inventory in the other. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life they need to stop being so darn greedy & nasty!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK because some of the clothes may be cute but prices are jacked up and the quality is worse than fashionova... good luck, with returns and having to travel to both stores to get your credit back and they will give you a major hassle if the item was brought in the other store to get credit causing you to be a human YO-YO traveling back and forth between their stores. Lastly, They open when they feel like it--Sunday? Try 1 p.m. or later! Honestly, ROXX, this isn't retail; it's an obstacle course. I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. If you do buy from her, have alterations done elsewhere. Wish I could leave negative 100 stars

She let an employee who was off the clock cut the entire long lin so she could return clothes. Just a few minutes ago I tried to make a purchase and the cashier #6 told me I had to buy a bag. I told the cashier I only needed a paper bag, and she rudely and repeatedly told me they didn't have any paper bags. I asked again how, in a store as big as that, they didn't have a single paper bag. Her response was, rudely, no, no, no. The cashier or manager at the next register, register #5, just looked at me mockingly. They have no idea what customer service means.
