It's been a while , I enjoyed today's visit. There are lot of improvements comparing to my last visit. Clean , organized and has ample stocks. The addition of groceries made a difference. It feels more homey. Due to social distancing protocol, there was a line going to the register but the store has methodical procedure. Cashiers are nice. Brown bags are being provided in compliant to the recycle restrictions. A recommended shopping store.

so convenient! Lots of parking spots and easy to get to, not too crowded too. Love checking out new ice cream flavors they have in stock. My current favorites are the minion ice pop, mini magnum ruby, van leeuwen honeycomb and talenti salted caramel. They also have my go to grapefruit beer, schofferhofer :)

I never noticed Target had a Optical department until recently. My vision plan indicted that Target Optical do participate in the plan I have. I quickly discovered that many of the Target store in North Queens doesn't have an Optical Department. I checked Queens Center and the Skymall on Flushing and both do not offer Optical service; only at this location for North Queens. For eye exam an appointment can be easily made on their website or a phone call works too. The exam was quick and professional. The selection of frames are good; both in style and price. I'm glad I tried Target's Optical department.

Impressively posturing upon a large chunk of land with parking galore, this behemoth box store has it all -- lending to the problems within. Customer service is a variable, an unknown, hit or miss -- which is unsettling upon the harried return days of the post Christmas returns galore. I had three misses and two hits as I tend to ask a multitude of information gathering questions. Returning a cordless phone set looked daunting, the line was past the ribbon rope people herder, all with shopping carts half filled. But the line moved quite quickly and with my return money, I set out to purchase some golf balls. Bridgestone tour RX330 were priced at fifteen a dozen, I took em all. But logic set in as a stride to the 18 double registers as these typically retail for upwards of fourth bucks. Price check revealed what I initially missed with my pie in the sky hopes.

Target, please do inventory because you only sell L and XL for this new target line. It's a shame because the clothes are very cute.

FAVORITE TARGET LOCATION. I do have to say, this place can get CRAZY packed but then again what Target isn't jammed packed? The aisles are always filled, their never is a mess. Even now, during the holiday. I've been to other Targets, and I do have to say their clothing section is way better. They all sell the same items but it seems as the 20th ave location has the better choices or more choices. The lines go by pretty fast, they always have the right amount of cashiers open. They have two self check-out sections and I do have to say.. some of the girls working the self check-outs have attitude problems or they just don't want to be there. It makes checking out uncomfortable when they make asking them a question unpleasant. Great location!

This is the email saying I can return it to any Target stores. Obviously not.

There was too much to look at and so many goods of different brands and styles everywhere. It was hard to go through. Surprisingly, most of the lamps were plastic packaged and not dirty at all! They were brand new! Mostly you see a lot of dirty smudges on products at HomeGoods but in the lighting section the lamps were very clean and brand new. I found some nice goods like a 6 tier mini basket organizer shelf but it was too big for me to carry all the way home and I was about to go to an event before I got here. There was also just 1 large fake fig tree that was very appealing and a nice match to a couch. Not crowded in the midday and lots of parking around it because it is located in the College Point mall. Restrooms were working and it was next to the lighting section. Clean bathrooms.

Unexpectedly, the cart locked while still in motion--right in the middle of the roadway--and I was left stuck trying to force the cart to move with my child near moving cars. I couldn't just leave it in the middle of the street as that would also be a hazard. There were no visible warning signs in the parking lot to alert shoppers to this locking system. When I mentioned it to customer service, their reply downplayed the situation as an inconvenience and failed to acknowledge the real safety risk, especially with small children involved.

I was hesitant to purchase pillow protectors since I haven't gotten my pillows yet but she reassured me that I could make changes and it would be SO much easier to order them along with the mattress. Unfortunately she left out a very important piece of information, that any protectors have a 3 day return window! So now I am stuck with the wrong sizes, and getting sent in circles trying to find a solution with CS and she also can't seem to help. It feels quite unethical and I'm disappointed they would do this just to sell a few more products....i bought a mattress that was well over 2K, was that not enough?

Upon initial arrival, the method by which they tell you your furniture will be delivered was spot on. I didn't have to wait all day. They actually came about 30min early. Problem was not all 4 pieces were delivered. I was not happy for obvious reasons. I immediately got on the phone with them and expressed my dissatisfaction. They then told me the piece would be delivered on Thursday (this was Saturday). And it turns out it was delivered on Thursday as promised. So the set is now complete. So overall it was good experience.

She promises things like repairs, and quality of pieces. I was told once that a certain glass part of a dining table is SCARTCH PROOF. She swore by it. And it wasn't. My recent most expensive piece was a bedroom set, said to be made or from Turkey. The pieces are flimsy like looseleaf paper and CHEAP CHEAP QUALITY. HATE IT! She denied a refund. I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. Attached photographs taken inside the store with what's left of the "scrap metal."
