Chair serial number.

If the would be a zero star I would put it. We bought a dinning table with chair in this store last February 2019, for quite amount of money along side with the insurance. After 5 months one of the chair (which is the isle chair, and it cost more than the regular one) was broken last Tuesday afternoon when my dad was having his lunch, the front leg got broken and my dad fell from it. These are my concerns: 1. We called right away, the lady I spoked with just transferred me to customer care(which is a third party insurance), I have been waiting for more than 20mins and nobody responded, I just hang up. 2. My husband called and was told that the insurance will not cover it, because for that amount of insurance they only COVER THE SCRATCHES not the BREAKAGE DUE TO CRACK of the wood from the leg, that they will refer us to another repair company and we have to PAY OUT OF OUR POCKET, FOR REAL!!!??? What is the ise of the insurance, it seems that THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SELLING THE INSURANCE THAT WON'T EVEN WORK FOR YOUR NEEDS DUE TO THEIR WORKMANSHIP FAILURE. 3. I called the customer again coz I got furious about what they said to my husband. They try to accomplish me coz I got mad with the issue in the insurance, so they send me email that I have to respond within 72hrs with the pictures of the broken chair. I respond to the email with the letter of my concern along with the pictures of the broken chair. I was TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT THEY WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24-48hrs of my response, but since Wednesday morning up to this time Saturday afternoon, NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!! 4. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS SELLING A CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS, how will a $300 plus chair got broken after 5 months of minimal usage.... I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND WITH YOUR PRODUCT...

BEWARE! I furnished my entire apartment with Ashley in August of 2019. I spent thousands of dollars here. Everything was delivered and assembled within a week. They let you know that once delivered any returns have to be done by you without the delivery service help. I noticed after a few weeks my dresser was not holding the drawers correctly due to sloppy assembly. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. Fast forward 6 months later my $700 Dresser is completely falling apart. I called to make another compliant and they opted to send me more drawers... not a new dresser. I received my drawers at the beginning of June and had a scheduled maintenance appointment the first week of July due to COVID. I flew back to NY from CA for my appointment only to be told there was a problem with the scheduling and they wouldn't be coming. They rescheduled me for the following week only for that appointment to come and the same thing to happen. This happened TWO MORE TIMES! It's now the end of July and I still have these boxes sitting in my living room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

You guys sold a frame to me and my husband that does not support us i got the bed Wednesday and all ready had it serviced one and have to get serviced again. Screws are coming out my frame and all I'm Currently waiting waiting for parts so they can come service my bed again thanks alot yall Customer service sucks yall not worried about the customer yall worried about the Commission thanks alot I should of went to BOBS

The supervisor refused to adjust it, and when my husband asked if they didn't care whether we purchased, they said yes -- which felt dismissive. The staff were rude, uncompassionate, and showed no care. The supervisor name which sounds like (sh*t), I don't know how he spells it. My sister had a similar experience at another location. She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. We would have bought the sofa anyway, but we refused to deal with this level of service. In contrast, we had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Middle Village with Aggie. She was professional, attentive, and made the purchase process smooth and pleasant.

To make it even worse, Keetsa refuses to honor our warranty, and likely had no intention of ever doing so (read the clauses in their warranty to find all the ways they will weasel out of doing so) Some key facts to counter Keetsa's sales lies: - The mattresses are still made of petroleum product in China. They're just made from 12% castor oil - The 12 year warranty would be the best in the business IF they had any intention of honoring it - The mattresses are only considered defective if they have up to a 1.5" indentation. 1.4" is plenty to make them very uncomfortable and unhealthy Google "Keetsa Mattress" if you want all of the details of our experience. I own keetsa-mattress (dot) com among others, as I informed Keetsa I'd be telling this story far & wide. UPDATE: I'd like to add here that Josh at the NYC store is actually very nice and was quite helpful and kind in email. It's not his fault that this product is really terrible and the warranty is a lie.

They sell appliances, but then it's up to you to get it installed…read more They have a modest installation fee of $275 to check for fit, and install a $3,700 24-inch Kitchen-Aid double wall oven. That's two separate appointments. No one reads installation instructions. If the cabinet needs any modification, such as wood blocks to fit and support the brackets for one of the 80-pound wall ovens, they do not make those modifications, or they depend on the installer to do so if he wants to. The wood blocks will not be wide enough, so the bracket will only be attached with half the screws. The 80 lb second wall oven will be placed on the insufficient bracket before the face plate is attached so a hole is left between the ovens.\. The brackets will not be plumb so the face plate will not fit. Double stick tape will not hold it. No special equipment to carry the heavy ovens, so God help us all. Kitchen-Aid has no recommendations except Angies list... Do all people in Queens know how to install their wall ovens? Is this the Twilight Zone? PC Richard Boris can not understand why I am dissatisfied with their service or why I think I deserve a refund of my $275. Store manager Sarah does not answer me back. Mike Greenfield Kicked me to Customer Service who kicked me to the the Store manager Sarah and District Manager who is unnamed.

This review is based on service. We actually purchased a…read moremattress set at macys.com but had some issues with our purchase. We weren't too sure, and also considered some changes to our order. We did not have good fortune in resolving via phone so we decided to go in-person to the Macys on Queens Blvd after work. There we met with Henry Cepeda in the Mattress dept. He took such time and care, explaining and listening, showing us the product how we imagined it, and pros and cons - which saves us money!! We honestly felt like he really cared about us and making sure we are comfortable with our decision and purchase. Never did he try to upsell us, or pressure us . He even spoke to his manager on our behalf to help us process a change in our order and told us of another discount which we got (which would have never been available by phone or online). This worker was genuine. We could tell he cares about customers and our experience. You are so fortunate to have him on staff. He's why we would go to Macy's. We are sure it was probably close to the end of his workday too, but he never let it show. He said any problem at all we can call him or email him or even stop by and see him. It's so rare to have this high level of customer service and we were impressed! Thank you Mr Henry Cepeda and thank you Macy's.
