My wife and I went to this location to have her phone switched to my plan. He proceeded to activate a fourth line under the guise that it was a free line, signed us up for the T-mobile internet service under the guise that there would be no charges as we tried it out which ended up being false and changed my rate plan to the most expensive plan because my original plan no longer existed. Also, he managed to not set up international data because my wife was taking a trip following the transfer. My bill increased was double with all the fees that were included. Luckily, I was able to call T-Mobile to have these actions rectified but people should avoid this place because they will do everything except what you wanted in the first place.

The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived.
