I feel as though one star is still too generous for the horrible experience I have had in dealing…read morewith these rude, dishonest and incompetent people. I have never experienced worse customer service, ruder sales associates or more incompetent staff. The sales associate who helped me spent 15 minutes trying to find the settings menu on my Samsung phone. When he was out of of his depth, he texted his boss Josselyn Torres who was at home and she assessed my phone by a photo which her very junior and inexperienced sales associate sent her. As soon as she told him to deny my warranty claim, he was incredibly rude and walked away while I was trying to speak with him. Following this, he complained that Josselyn was not responsive and that he did not know what to do. He told me that since T-Mobile's customer service sent me to the store, it meant that they were 'sick of dealing with me and just palmed me off to them'. My wife attempted to speak with them very calmly and politely, however they told her to leave. When she asked to speak with their manager Josselyn, they became even ruder and refused to help. I visited the store on 11/08/2022. I will be switching my 4 services to AT&T as a result of this. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE AND PLEASE NEVER DEAL WITH T-MOBILE LODI, JOSSELYN TORRES, SHAWN OR ANY OF THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF.
