The router replacement was free for a newer one with better internet. We had to order the iPhone I wanted because they were out of stock (which is understandable). It's coming to the house, and when it arrives, I'll come with Emi, and she'll transfer all my data to the phone. The store was super clean and organized. There was a low flow of customers, and when I returned to drop off my old router, it was average. The customer service provided by Emi and her colleague was excellent. I was with another phone company a while ago, but I switched to T-Mobile, and they provide excellent internet service, great deals, and excellent customer service. I've been with them for several years, and I'm not going to change. I'm very happy. I highly recommend them as a company, and this store, in particular, has excellent customer service. The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed?
