I walked to Verizon carrying a cable/internet boxes to return them as instructed by Verizon. The store manager did not want to hassle with taking an equipment return and refused. So I walked home, drove to another location and returned my equipment. Simply terrible. read more

I am shocked to see these positive comments. My husband and I tried to get our daughter's iphone screen repaired, and we have never been treated this bad by a business before. We took it in around 11am and the guy behind the desk told us it wouldn't be ready until 7:30 or 8:00pm. When my husband asked if he could expedite that, the guy became rude to us in front of other customers. We were leaving the area at 2:30 and simply asked a question. Then he proceeded to yell at the poor guy who already took the phone apart and started working on it. We took our phone back and purchased a brand new one at another verizon store. We were disgusted & embarrassed. I would love to write a letter to the owner! Anyone know who that might be? read more

My husband and I both bought our phones here and Dave and Will were really helpful. Plus we got to say we bought a phone from Will Smith which made people raise their eyebrows. I've had to replace both the screen and the battery on my iPhone 5, and Wireless Zone's pricing has always been HALF of whatever Apple is ready to charge me. I bought my I phone 6 at the wireless zone last year and I was greeted by excellent service. I am returning this weekend to upgrade 2 of my daughters phones and expecting the same kind of service and price. I am writing in response to Carole's 1 star. If she would have bought the phone through wireless zone she would have received the same service. She needed to go to a Verizon store to receive free service. They make their money by selling phones and the service goes with it. So Carole should retract her response and think twice before criticizing a terrific store such as this. Hands down the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a cell phone and choosing a plan. The whole staff is so helpful and it is obvious that they are there to primarily serve the customers. I was particularly impressed by the honesty of the staff, namely David. He worked with me to ensure my choices were in fact the best for my needs, as well as the most value for my money! David also contacted me shortly after I left the store to inform me that he accidentally over-charged my card by about $100, and asked that I come back to make sure we corrected the error. Wireless Zone in Madison is awesome. We have 6 phones and have only gone here now for years. They turn managing verizon phones and billing into a pleasant experience. Such great customer service. Bruce went above and beyond in helping me purchase a great plan, and helping me transfer my 3 phones over to new iphones. His knowledge with plans and helping me get the best rate was very comforting. He was also very patient and made sure to answer all questions and concerns I had before beginning the phone transfer process. I have been using these guys for the last 3 years. You will never find this level of customer service in any other wireless store. I can't tell you the time they have gone the extra mile for me. They checked my phone, told me what the problem was, how much to make the repair and that it would take about 15 minutes.
