(Mind you, this was about 5 minutes later) When I asked one of the employees about it, all she did was look at her watch with an attitude like it was closing time (it was 7:45, they close at 8) as if it was my fault the clothes were taken and then dismissed me. It was so rude and off putting that I didn't buy anything I was going to get and just left. One hour and 20 minutes later I receive a notification letting me know that the item was out of stock. This is inconvenient of course, but understandable. I called the location because I had used a coupon on that item that expires and I was wondering what other options there were for me to get that item since it is sold out online and all the locations within an hour of me. The first woman I spoke to was very understanding and helpful... other than the fact she left me on a "brief" hold for over 40 minutes!!! I hung up the phone and called back 4 times until someone picked up. I explained the situation and the man could not have been more unprofessional, it was like he had never taken a phone call before. I asked for advice on what I should do to get the item and he replies "well, uh, what do you mean help you?" I also explained that the lady told me she would check with a colleague if she could honor my item and / or coupon and the man replied "uh what lady." I then had to ask if I could speak with someone else about this and he replied "uh there's nobody else here."
