I purchased my suit there and stowed it in luggage with the understanding I could get it pressed in New Jersey. Dropped by about 11 am and Rashad immediately greeted me, he was warm and professional. I explained my situation, and he took me right in hand. There was a flurry of business needs, which is fine, and Anthony ("'Anthony' is on the business card to make my mother happy; call me Tony") took over before I even had a chance to be confused. I expected to drop the suit off and pick it up later, pain in the butt, sure, yet understandable. Tony checked with the tailor and told me it would be 10-15 minutes if I could wait. Could I? Sure! 8 minutes later, Tony is out with my suit, it looks great and I'm on my way. What a great experience, and I'm glad I shopped at MW!

Today I walked into Uniqlo to return a $30 skirt I bought from online using Paypal. First cashier I…read moreapproached told me (before he even looked at my receipt) that they changed the policy to store credit, not direct refunds, for people who were returning items they bought via Paypal. Returns cost $7 if I were to ship the item back to Uniqlo but he suggested that if I wanted to be refunded back on my card. I walked away a bit stunned.. I paced back and forth in the store before finally getting in line again. I wasn't about to argue the policy but decided against shipping back my item since it would take $7. The second cashier I approached was kind enough to inform me that the policy had changed within a few days of the last time I purchased the item, so she was willing to be flexible to refund me back on my card. She told me this AFTER she looked at my receipt. She told me from this day forward, I should know that Uniqlo changed their policy with regards to gift card, apple pay and Paypal. ^ and THAT is what I call quality customer service. Tl;dr: I've been buying a lot from Uniqlo. I even wore a skirt and jacket from Uniqlo as I was returning that purchase, but I wanted a refund instead of store credit. And the second cashier's interaction with me has left me with a lasting positive impression that I have of Uniqlo! Thank you. :)

They've always been kind in person and on the phone (once had a lady running around looking for sandals for me for 20mins haha). You may say, "well, i'm in and out of there anyway, i dont really care about that." Well, I think it's important to appreciate when people working in retail have the energy and enthusiasm to deal with you and the lovely workers here definitely portray that every time. There's a good amount of parking here. It does share a lot with a sports bar and a huge supermarket so time your shopping. Free wifi to get lost in. There's also restrooms in the back, not so dirty.
