I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience from the Hackettstown, New Jersey location today…read more I ordered an ottoman for in store pickup (that was in stock online). One hour and 20 minutes later I receive a notification letting me know that the item was out of stock. This is inconvenient of course, but understandable. I called the location because I had used a coupon on that item that expires and I was wondering what other options there were for me to get that item since it is sold out online and all the locations within an hour of me. The first woman I spoke to was very understanding and helpful... other than the fact she left me on a "brief" hold for over 40 minutes!!! I hung up the phone and called back 4 times until someone picked up. I explained the situation and the man could not have been more unprofessional, it was like he had never taken a phone call before. I asked for advice on what I should do to get the item and he replies "well, uh, what do you mean help you?" I also explained that the lady told me she would check with a colleague if she could honor my item and / or coupon and the man replied "uh what lady." I then had to ask if I could speak with someone else about this and he replied "uh there's nobody else here." I am super frustrated that not only did my item get canceled causing a inconvenience for me, but they also wasted 2h+ of my time!!! Below will be screenshots with time stamps!

Purchased 4 tires and installation online two weeks ago, and at the same time made an appointment for Saturday 9/19/26 at 10am. Filled out the pre scheduling confirmation on the Walmart app once I received the email to complete it on Friday 9/18/26. On Saturday morning 9/19 I received an email that my appointment was cancelled due to an item delay...at a tire center when the tires were purchased 2 weeks before??? It probable wasn't even an item delay, more like not enough tire installers could make it in to work and they were overbooked, and had to cancel customers off the schedule. . I then tried to call and speak to someone at the tire center 5-6 times. The phone rang at least 20 times each time over a 30-60 minute period of making the calls. No one ever answered, and in most cases the phone just disconnected. THIS PLACE SUCKS ON ALL LEVELS. Prinably saved my life. God forbid they installed the tires...they might have fallen off while driving home and I wouldn't be able to write this post.

They carry excellent brands for athletics to comfortable dressy attire, shoes, intimates and homeware. I'm so impressed with this brand and store. This one is expansive for plus women. People were so nice both staff and customers . My favorite part are the smooth carts and beautiful clean dressing rooms. Rare in other stores. These make a difference in making good decisions. I always come prepared and loving the Kohls Cash!!!. Other stores need to look at Kohls in a masterclass lesson in retail !

Kohl's is in a Department Store League all by itself. This particular one is pretty good although if there is a down side here it's in the fact that it's almost always understaffed. On the weekends check out lines can get pretty long and you wait for them to send in some reinforcements and it never happens. The customer service was on this floor too. First floor had the kids, home goods and backstage sections. I came to the store to do a few returns. The associate was super friendly and promptly processed both of my items. Then I walked around the floor for a bit. They had sale promotions on a lot of the products. The backstage section had lots of apparel, shoes, perfumes, and accessories on discount. There were lots of promotions and discounts on different sections and products. Prices ranged from low to high depending on product type and the promotions. Overall it was a good Macy's location.

They are lovely statement pieces. The associate helped up open a Macy's card and get a wonderful discount. I made an appointment with Marcia at the Lancome counter and she gave me great pointers and made suggestions for the big day. I thought Lancome was out of my reach but honestly the products were super reasonable and made my skin feel great. I even picked up a beauty box with lots of products to make me even more fabulous. Thanks to the counter manager Maritza who went above and beyond to order an item that I needed but was out of stock. They provided samples in case the item doesn't arrive before the wedding. Great service! It's hard finding someone in store who knows what they are talking about and truly cares. Macy's staff went above and beyond.

She had to use my large pair because she doesn't have any!!! OMG! She knew that this Ross just opened up in the "outer mall". There are buildings like annexes... They are open-air shopping opportunities. It looked like a regular Ross to me - furniture, personal care items, pet supplies, clothing for men/women/children, accessories, luggage, jewelry, household goods, footwear, and more! Everything is at a discounted price - I really appreciate this! We didn't find any Clark's brand on this trip, but she did get a pair of Crocs flip flops... they have arch support and are washable! Yay! Mission accomplished!

Prices of the items were low to mid range. When we came on Saturday afternoon, the store was super packed. We looked through kids' apparel and shoe sections. The inventory wasn't as good as some of the previous stores I had been to. Most of the associates were at the register to handle the long line at checkout.
