One hour and 20 minutes later I receive a notification letting me know that the item was out of stock. This is inconvenient of course, but understandable. I called the location because I had used a coupon on that item that expires and I was wondering what other options there were for me to get that item since it is sold out online and all the locations within an hour of me. The first woman I spoke to was very understanding and helpful... other than the fact she left me on a "brief" hold for over 40 minutes!!! I hung up the phone and called back 4 times until someone picked up. I explained the situation and the man could not have been more unprofessional, it was like he had never taken a phone call before. I asked for advice on what I should do to get the item and he replies "well, uh, what do you mean help you?" I also explained that the lady told me she would check with a colleague if she could honor my item and / or coupon and the man replied "uh what lady." I then had to ask if I could speak with someone else about this and he replied "uh there's nobody else here." I am super frustrated that not only did my item get canceled causing a inconvenience for me, but they also wasted 2h+ of my time!!! Below will be screenshots with time stamps!

Everything is modern and fresh unlike some other Targets I've been to out of state. I even recognize some former coworkers I used to work with at Sam's Club (farewell) in Budd Lake from time to time. The selection is always on point and the Target value is always higher than the competition usually.

Purchased 4 tires and installation online two weeks ago, and at the same time made an appointment for Saturday 9/19/26 at 10am. Filled out the pre scheduling confirmation on the Walmart app once I received the email to complete it on Friday 9/18/26. On Saturday morning 9/19 I received an email that my appointment was cancelled due to an item delay...at a tire center when the tires were purchased 2 weeks before??? It probable wasn't even an item delay, more like not enough tire installers could make it in to work and they were overbooked, and had to cancel customers off the schedule. . I then tried to call and speak to someone at the tire center 5-6 times. The phone rang at least 20 times each time over a 30-60 minute period of making the calls. No one ever answered, and in most cases the phone just disconnected. THIS PLACE SUCKS ON ALL LEVELS. Prinably saved my life. God forbid they installed the tires...they might have fallen off while driving home and I wouldn't be able to write this post.

The delivery date passed, the status changed to "delayed," and then there were no updates at all. Customer service couldn't even tell me where the order was, and I ultimately had to cancel it. I figured it was just a one-off issue. Then I placed a grocery delivery order and it was just as bad. Nine items were unavailable, including basic essentials needed to make dinner, and there were almost no usable substitutions. The entire point of ordering was defeated and we still had to make a separate trip to Acme just to finish shopping. To make matters worse, the eggs arrived broken. When I reported it, I was told I would need to return them in person, which is completely unreasonable for a perishable item that was already damaged and had to be thrown away. At this point, it feels like every order comes with a problem, and the service is more frustrating than convenient. They gave me a $10 credit but it really doesn't make up for the aggravation. Very disappointing experience. I've been a Walmart shopper for a decade and really haven't had this many problems before but it keeps happening lately.

They carry excellent brands for athletics to comfortable dressy attire, shoes, intimates and homeware. I'm so impressed with this brand and store. This one is expansive for plus women. People were so nice both staff and customers . My favorite part are the smooth carts and beautiful clean dressing rooms. Rare in other stores. These make a difference in making good decisions. I always come prepared and loving the Kohls Cash!!!. Other stores need to look at Kohls in a masterclass lesson in retail !

This particular one is pretty good although if there is a down side here it's in the fact that it's almost always understaffed. It looked like a regular Ross to me - furniture, personal care items, pet supplies, clothing for men/women/children, accessories, luggage, jewelry, household goods, footwear, and more! Everything is at a discounted price - I really appreciate this! We didn't find any Clark's brand on this trip, but she did get a pair of Crocs flip flops... they have arch support and are washable!
