I will be very direct and honest, to me…read morepersonally what made this store just an amazing store to visit was one Tmobile associate , sales person , representative, which to me she could be all of that and more in one person. Her name is VERENICE !!! She has been simply amazing , from the moment I had issues with my older unit she did all that she could to obtain a simple trade for me through my insurance of course,. She detected the problem with my unit was a software malfunction, and this made it possible for me to obtain an exchange for my deflected phone . They did not have my model anymore , it had been discontinued, instead they sent me a newer model, which I was happy with , only paid literally 5 dollars for the exchange application fee , I guess you can call it. I still wanted to get their newest android phone model the Samsung S 26 ULTRA , and Verenice said keep the one you have for a few months see how you like it and if you feel that you still want to upgrade do it ! All I could say to that was of course, n I promised her I would come back with her personally in order for her to get the credit from such sale. I finally did come back and had mine and my girlfriend's phone upgraded to the same S26 ULTRA . By upgrading my plan from a senior or dinosaur one ( been with them for like 24 years) she was able to get me a promotion where by trading out phones for the new ones we were able to qualify for the full credit of the cost of both phones, basically 1300 each . And we would have to be responsible for would be the cost of the new plan, or the two lines and the insurance fee. Once I hlt my new phone mailed ,which she patiently helped place the order thru the tmobile app, I came in and had everything transfered into my new unit. She took the time to explain lots of things I needed to know about my new phone and plan and here I am . Saying thank you Verenice for such an amazing and professional help you offered to me ! You are simply wonderful! A great professional and your bedside manners are second to know m I sincerely hope that Chris the store manager realizes what a tremendous asset she is to the store itself and to the company as well. All the knowledge she possess just make you feel safe or secured about making changes like the ones I did. I tried to go back into store and personally give kudos to Verenice and a great report to her manager Chris , but our schedules never agreed . On top of that this beautiful young lady is also Bilingual. Habla Español, and I wa sable to witness also her Spanish skills ar work ! And the patience she used with some really hard and emailing customers ,she had to deal with. How she kept her composure and displayed a flawless act of professionalism with them , was just simply admirable to me. Feel so blessed to have come across you Verenice , thank you for all of your help! Please know how much I sincerely appreciate your service , period !!!keep up the Amazing work ! He really took the time to look out for us by explaining everything clearly and making sure we chose the best plan options for our needs. We ended up having to order our phone, and the experience was great right from the beginning thanks to him. When our phone arrived, we came back in and were greeted by Joseph, who was just as exceptional. There was a line of customers ahead of us, and he made sure to let us know right away that there would be about a 30-minute wait, which we really appreciated. The poor guy was running back and forth like Speedy Gonzalez, helping everyone as efficiently as possible! Despite how busy it was, when it was finally our turn, he never rushed us. He took his time, helped us pick up our phone, finalized the finances, and made sure everything was taken care of before sending us on our way. Overall, an amazing experience and truly great customer service from both Carlos and Joseph. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I upgraded our phones due to being offered a loyalty promotion. It all went down hill from there. Our phones didn't work. Our messages were not blue. Our calls would not go through. My daughter's phone was associated with a completely different phone number. However, Anthony, Carlos, Joseph and now recently Khalid were honestly so patient and helpful. They fixed what needed to be fixed. ESSENTIALLY having an overall great experience with this location. I'm grateful to not have a reason to go back, but would in a heartbeat if I had too.

    I was unable to check in due to my iPhone acting up. My phone was on SOS for about 32 hours for an…read moreunknown reason at the time. I felt so useless without my phone lol. I visited another Verizon store in OC, but I was not an authorized user, so they couldn't assist me. Completely understandable as they were simply following their guidelines. Ended up in this Verizon store with my mom. This store is located in the Colonies. Finding a parking spot can be difficult since it's always busy. They have a large open space. It's nice, clean, and bright. I suggest more seating for customers while they're waiting. Possibly a couch, chairs, or ottomans? It wasn't too busy when we visited around 15:00. Just like any other Verizon store, there are only a few representatives. Thank you Gisselle for assisting us during the most stressful time! She was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us multiple solutions and alternatives with thorough explanations. We were able to find a solution in under 2 hours. Heads up, if you have an iPhone 13/Pro then you might experience spotty cellular network or SOS because the new iOS, long story short, sucks. Eventually this iOS won't be compatible with iPhone 13s, so you'll be forced to upgrade. I ended up with a new iPhone, no deals, but I was able to trade in.
