    Beware of predatory and deceptive practices at this store…read more After reading more reviews, it's clear we are far from the only ones -- this location has been scamming customers for months. I went in September just to ask a few questions about my plan. Instead, I was pushed into an "amazing" upgrade package: a $900 credit, over $120 in monthly discounts, and even a free Xbox. All of it sounded great -- until I later discovered none of it was real. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand because this is clearly a pattern, not an accident. My previous bill was $88. I was explicitly promised I would pay less for an entire year because of the $900 credit. The representative who sold this -- Christian Romo -- has reportedly been scamming many customers in recent weeks and has conveniently disappeared to another state. I spent nearly three hours on the phone verifying everything, only to find out later that my bill had jumped to $302. Since then, I've wasted countless hours with Verizon and Victra support, visiting stores, and trying to get someone -- anyone -- to take responsibility. So far, nobody has owned the issue, honored the promised credits, or offered any refund. When we returned to the store today, multiple other victims showed up with the exact same complaint. This is not a misunderstanding -- this is a systematic scam happening at this location. We are now preparing to involve a legal team if Victra and Verizon do not respond appropriately. The staff took our information because the store manager, Fernando, was not present. We truly hope the manager will step up, take responsibility, and resolve what has become an ongoing consumer fraud situation. Proceed with extreme caution.

    Months ago, we bought my son a new iPhone and the salesman convinced us to buy the screen protector…read morebecause he specifically told us it came with a lifetime warranty. I asked him THREE different times to confirm that we could come in anytime, have it replaced for free, and that they would install it for us with no fees. He assured me every single time. Fast forward to last night , we go into the store and get completely different treatment. One employee was supposedly "training" another guy, but instead of helping customers he was sitting on his phone in a group chat the entire time looking annoyed and like he didn't want to be there. We literally had to pause and wait for instructions in between him texting on his phone. The trainee was actually nice and tried to help, but unfortunately the original salesman clearly lied to us just to make a sale. Suddenly the "lifetime warranty" wasn't what we were promised. I even called corporate afterward hoping they would at least refund the screen protector since we were given false information, and they told me only the store could handle it. So basically: lied to for a sale, poor customer service, and zero accountability afterward. Also, the employee "training" others should absolutely not be in charge of customer service training because his attitude was terrible.

    Got the digitzer, screen, and bezel replaced on my device w/labor for less than what it'd cost me…read moreto buy the parts myself. Even better? I walked in right at the end of the day and it was all done in twenty minutes, no hassle, and the guy was so happy to do the work for me. Thanks, guys! Great work, great prices, don't miss it. :) Update: Ended up having issues with the screen a few weeks later, took it back to get it replaced, and the lady helped me this time. Replaced it quickly and professionally, for free, and fixed my issue. These two were super professional/humble and didn't give me any B.S. even when we were having trouble tracking down my receipt. They really rocked. Thanks for the excellent service!

    Stay Away! This is a kiosk in the middle of the Alderwood Mall and I took my IPAD 4 in there…read morebecause there was a small crack in the very corner of the screen. Strictly cosmetic. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.
