That is, when they had customer service. As another Yelper noted, there is no longer a way to call the store. The local number (206) 306-7663 loops into AI nonsense that will not be able to help you - the 888 number is worse. Neither # has a way to connect you to the Northgate store to talk to a human. I spent way too much time this afternoon trying to navigate the "AI assistant" in order to schedule an appt with Geek Squad. Finally I gave up and searched online for a way to schedule - nope - not available. I was offered a slot in Everett WA, but no way to schedule for Northgate. I purchased a new Macbook Air in July and also purchased the Total Tech Support plan. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them to set up an appointment. Yes, who in corporate made the brilliant decision to eliminate customer service?? (shaking my head)

Last time I went in there with a quick question, he was the only one there and within a minute we were discussing complex worldly issues, personal challenges and the meaning of life. We even discussed an otherwise sticky topic (I won't say who's the anti-vaxxer and who's the pro-vaxxer lol), but he was extremely open minded and said he would speak with someone close to him who knew more about the issue then he did. Highly unusual in my experience, particularly with that subject matter. Beyond that, my old Saab took a lot longer than they anticipated to install the alarm (heard this from Car Toys as well years ago when I brought my first Saab there for an alarm), yet Dutton did not charge any extra on top of his original quote. So the least I could do is let everyone know how awesome these guys are and for those of us who love Stereo Warehouse, they will be sorely missed.

Today, on my lunch break, visited the Shoreline location at Gateway. Every rep was w/a customer. [There was no sign-in to save a place in line so I worried another customer who arrived after me would be helped before me. Definitely the best experience as a customer-- I left relieved and very happy about the efficiency and service excellence Asher provided.
