This is the worst cellular store I've ever been to. Their posted hours are incorrect as they consistently open late and close early.

This place used to be first rate five years ago. People knew what they were doing and they were decent people. For whatever reason, the last couple times I've been there they've just been complete scumbags. One guy sold me a phone, and the deal was structured all wrong, sold me a phone under some wierd improvised deal that I can't even remember now. And I tried to bring the phone back the next day, knowing that there is some sort of law that you have 2 weeks to bring back a phone. They wouldn't take it and blamed it on the way the wierd deal was structured. Because I never had problems there before that, I didn't look at the paperwork or anything to check if everything was honest. Cut to yesterday, i thought I lose my phone, I go in, and first asked if they could call my phone, the guy there said, "unfortunately, we can't". Then, knowing I need a new phone anyways, i started perusing the cheaper phones there. I found one I could afford, this guy goes in the back and comes back and tells me the only ones they have are twice the price of the ones I was looking at. I just left. A negative review won't change that, this is the kind of issue that comes from whoever is running the store. Don't go here, there are other tmobiles that although I haven't been to, have to be better than this. read more

Had a great experience working with Monica while switching from Sprint and upgrading our phones. It was fairly simple & when we had issues with our 5G service we were able to go back in and get it resolved. I wish their parking lot was bigger. Had to park in the Safeway lot. read more

I previously left a review which was removed. I agree with the other person the manager the redheaded man is very aggressive and unprofessional. I decided to close my account after closing my account I was charged over $700. I called to find out what the charges were for as I was unaware that I owed anything and they told me they couldn't pull up the bill to give me an itemized statement so I hired a client credit consultant who challenged it, and it's now off of my credit report. read more

Super small store, barely there customer service, and overall a letdown. I had come in yesterday to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday free lunchbox offer. When I walked in, the associate told me that she would be right with me. It was only her in the store, and she was helping a customer. I walked around for a bit, looked at the phones, and waited for what felt like an eternity. Then all of a sudden, an employee comes out of the back. The woman who was with a customer puts her finger out, informing me to wait because she had to ask the associate that had just come out a question. I waited, then the associate who came out from the back asked me what I needed. I told him that I was there to redeem the offer, to which he says, "we're all sold out. We sold out an hour ago." No apology for the wait, nor an "I'm sorry, but unfortunately we ran out of inventory an hour ago." T-Mobile stores in the nearby area were already closing or close to closing, so I had to rush over to another location that was 20 minutes away to get one. Note of advice: If you're out of a popular item, put a sign on the door. Also, you can at least pretend to care about customer service. read more

CONFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store and customer service refuse taking responsibility and infinitely enjoy going back and forth whether who have more power in the system! They all talked with me as if it's all of my fault for not knowing their duties, tasks, policies, and laws and treated me as if I am T-mobile employee or mobile technology expert. I have never talked with 8 people including sale reps, customer care, store manager, and super advisor in my life and my issue is still unsolved! The funniest thing is the store manager denies giving me contact of district manager even though the super advisor recommend me to do that! Well, it's Lunar New Year! Happy New Year. As a former Sprint customer, I was not looking forward to upgrading my phone to get fully onto the T-Mobile network. However, doing the switch at this location was straightforward thanks to the help of Alec and Derek. I ordered a new iPhone and scheduled for pickup at the Apple Store in University Village. I walked into T-Mobile without an appointment and was out with all of my data and apps transfered to my new phone in about an hour. I was so happy with the service, I bought an Otter Box case and glass cover, which were set up for me. They even gave me a SIM card for another family member who needs to do the switch. My new phone is great and I have not yet had issues with T-Mobile's network. Very glad I made the switch and did it with the help of Alec and Derek. read more

BE ADVISED THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR T MOBILE, YOU HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CANNOT GET ANY HELP IN THE STORE. THEY ARE JUSYT THERE TO SELL YOU PHONES. I had to update my previous review. Anybody can sell you a phone. However, the employee at the University Village gave this explanation for why they charge a $35.00 service fee, that Apple doesn't charge for the same phone. And I quote -- we are not in the business of selling phones. We are all about phone service. When you can't get the service you signed up for, you cannot get anybody on the phone. Looong waits. And nobody in the store will help you. Going back to Xfinity! At least, those employees can solve a problem. The service here is terrible. read more

And I observe during my conversation there was another client coming in for asking the services, another staff is also very good greeting and provided her ther service, finally come with solution. I found a store and a sales person who listened to me and gave me information which helped me to determine cellphone type and plan. I said I would give her name but I tremble to do so as she would be booked up past eternity and I need to go back to see her again. She and a co-worker know their phones. They know stor eprotocol. They know that phone sales can open many avenues of discussion & are prepared to answer questions at the customer's level of knowledge and need. Although I have had soem bad experiences with 2 other T Mobile stores which got me to this one.. I have chosen to not review them badly as their way is their way and i am now on way to havign my phne . read more

The young lady working there didn't set up my phone correctly I had to Drive back to T-Mobile just because she was on able to do her job correctly. When I told them they were $40 case was too much money and I would buy one off of Amazon she made a comment I'll see you back here soon. They cost my small business hundreds of dollars and then offered me a $20 credit on the line & refused to give any other consolation. Of course it's T-Mobile and I had poor service while talking with the manager. We're looking to switch back to Verizon now. read more

Very unsatisfied and not happy at all with the rep Chris and so called manager Frank, at this location . I go in here to buy a phone, due to me thinking I'm being helped by a so called pro. Get an iphone 12pro instead of the max pro I had said. I dont notice it till I get back to my office where I'm about to transfer my stuff. I go back and inform him and he assumes I had said it was that one, but here I'm like no you never did cause I even pointed at the 12 pro max when the display you have at the store froze on me. Then I ask if I can do an exchange and he says it could happen but they dont have it I'm stock here. (He never warned me about a restock fee) So I tell him which store near can has it so I can go over and switch it, he finds out the one in Ballard has some and I tell him to put on aside for me so I wont end up not securing one (still no info about a fee). He tells me go ahead "bro" they'll take care of you . I'm all content itll be a quick and easy thing. I end up at the tmobile in ballard and they I come with a nice rep . Who informs me about the fees I have to pay . And told her about the situation so she calls Chris the manager at the 45th location . And guess what . THIS MANAGER ASSURES CHRIS SPENT A VERY LONG TIME WITH ME. Which is not even true I was just in there to get a phone asap no time wasted . ALSO THIS MANAGER FRANK SUPPOSEDLY SAYS AND ASSURES THE REP CHRIS WARNED ME ABOUT A FEE WHEN HE NEVER DID. NOR WAS AROUND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT GETTING THE 12 pro max. Thank God I am not a T-Mobile customer! I went there after work with a friend Friday night around 5:30PM to check on the status of his iPhone 8 that supposed to be unlocked because he paid it off. He received a email notification from T-Mobile but the phone was still carrier locked when he tried my ATT sim card. We waited for 30 minutes while there were three people working there with other three customers. The people work there looked exhausted and showed no interest in helping. They simply had nothing to offer and told us to go to Apple store. I am glad I am with ATT because when I visit the ATT store in U-Village, I never need to wait for more than 5 minutes and they are eager to help solving my problems or answer my questions. Wow, I was planning to switch to T-Mobile for its low rate and special perks but I now know you get what you pay for. read more

This was the best transaction I've ever had involving changing phone services. I had been avoiding smartphones for nearly 3 years and was hesitant in making the switch from my flip phone to the iPhone 8 Plus. I had a general idea of what I wanted when I went into the store (phone, plan, etc). The person that helped me with the overall procedure was Idriz Aksamovic, and he was kind throughout the entire process. Any question I had, he was quick to respond with a clear, concise answer. I felt confident the entire time that they were selling me the best plan for my situation. They also put me on a finance plan with my phone/accessories and accommodated with the difficulty of my tracfone mobile switch. Lastly, he was very personable and nice. Although the issue still isn't resolved, Alex was EXTREMELY helpful. Went above and beyond trying to resolve a problem that was beyond the scope of what can be done in the store. I switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile because of price. Amazing prices. Two lines, unlimited data plus hot spot for 75% of the cost of one line on Verizon without hot spot. Customer service has been great so far. The problem is coverage. Heading east on I90 from Seattle data coverage gets spotty east of Snoqualmie Pass. Lots of dropouts trying to streaming radio east of the pass. I have a house between Cle Elum and Easton. Sometimes there is no data service, other times very slow, after about 9pm it is generally good enough to stream movies. Voice service is always good. Verizon would stream without a hitch on the road and at the house at any time of the day. I was amazed there were areas with no data signal in Cle Elum. Not a good way to keep customers happy. read more

Located right by QFC in University village, this is one of the closest T-mobile stores near University of Washington. While we got service quickly and the staff were friendly, we were really disappointed with the incorrect information we received. We came in with a malfunctioning phone and we were told that we would get a replacement phone sent to us in mail within 24 hours (not 1 week+!!) for free since the phone was still under warranty, and it has already been about 3 days and the phone is still expected to not arrive for another week. Otherwise, just about the same as any other T-mobile store. read more
